Computer Repair
Doug charged me nothing for the shot drive, gas wear and tear etc,. nor for his time: talking on the phone, writing down the appointment date and time, putting on his appointment clothes (Casual Friday) etc., etc.,etc. WOW! Nothing at all jut for not doing something he'd rather be doing!
I wish there was a better score to give him for what I call service over and above the A.. Seriously, I highly recommend him to anyone looking for computer related problems. You will be pleased to meet Doug Welch, and need have no fear of bing taken in by an expert who might tell you all kinds of fiction, just to redistribute money - from your pocket to his.

He talked with was on the phone for quite a while, and told us what to do to get our computer working.
He helped us and didn't charge us.
He was really honest and really helpful.

Excellent. Doug showed up on one day's notice; worked steadily and cheerfully to repair and restore our computer system, and was available by phone the next day when I had a follow up question.
