"This job was done in May of 2004, not 2007. It was completed to her complete satisfaction and in fact she paid $3,500 to have the work completed. Until today (Feb 26, 2010) I had no knowledge of any problem with this customer and don't understand the complaint. We always do what we say we will do, as we have a Smile Guarantee that says you don't pay until you smile and are happy with the job. I have been in this business since 1986, my contractor's license has ZERO complaints, and I don't know what she is complaining about."
