From the phone call to the finish line I could not be happier and now have a new go to plumber. The plumber explained to me what most likely the issue and was appreciative that I knew what I was talking about in explaining the situation over the phone. I helped the situation out by turning off the water at the street, dug a hole and found the leak. Once the plumber arrived he was able to get right to work. He was very friendly and understanding of my concern. Im very glad I called them and had terrific service, price and will be calling them again.

The Summary: The Drain Whisperer left my back house and tenant without water for over a week.  Had I not come up with my own temporary solution (and later my own repair), I would have had to put my tenant up in a hotel.  At least they successfully unclogged my shower drain and haven't asked for payment for any of it.
The Story: Mike's brother came out Saturday morning to repair an underground pinhole leak in a 45 degree copper elbow that I had dug out.  He cut out the section of pipe and showed me what was wrong and what probably caused the leak, but he couldn't do the repair because there was too much water trickling out of the pipe since the in-line shut off wasn't 100% closing and the street side main shut off was stuck.  So I'm now missing a 6" section of pipe which means there's no water in my back house.  On Sunday I dug out my water meter box and found the house side shut off which reduced the water to one drip every 30-45 seconds.  Asked Mike if that would work and if they could finish the repair before Tuesday evening (because that's when my tenant returned).  He said he'd try.  Didn't hear back from him until Friday and I told him he could come by anytime.  He never showed up and I haven't heard from him since (1 month).  I ended up finishing the repair myself.

Great service, friendly people, very knowledgable.  I've never had plumbers explain to me in a way I could understand what was wrong and what they had done, using the replaced pieces to help illustrate.  I didn't even know I had that backyard sprinkler regulator leak, because you couldn't see any water leading.  But Mike instpected the front and back and discovered the leak, which was pouring thousands of gallons of water into the ground each month.  I'd had no idea why my water useage was so high and that was it.I have brass fixtures which are delicate to work with and parts not easily obtainable. Mike's people fixed them through careful refurbishing.
After the work was done, the next day I realized the toilet was still leaking and the shower now had lost pressure.  I called Mike and they came back out promptly, used a different part to fix the toilet, which is now fine, and looked further inside the shower/bathrub plumbing and discovered another probelm furhter in than the one they had fixed before.  They fixed that too, again expained it all to me, and did not charge me for the return visit.
I was very happy with them!  They are now my go-to plumbers!
