I have been working with supreme remodeling for a few months, as they engineer a complete remodel on my hillside home. Isaac (project manager) and Mickey (owner) have been extremely helpful through the beginning design phases of the project. (Full review to follow completion of construction). Recommended!

We never got a chance to do the appointment. They called us at 10:30 to confirm our noon appointment. I missed the call and called back at 11. At that point she said that everyone had left the area and we had to reschedule. That's ridiculous! We had an appointment. How is that so difficult? I confirmed an hour ahead of time! How could you not find anyone?? Save your time and find someone else.

On 7/13 we called once more and emailed you without response. When I received your call back at 10:36 AM I offered to schedule you for later that afternoon or a different date and you refused. We recently moved and wanted to do some renovations to our new home to help update the interior and exterior. Being new to the area we researched contractors online and after several no shows we were pleased at the quick feedback we had from Supreme. After walking thru the work that needed completed - new flooring, fireplace removal, wall removal to create open floor plan, update lighting, and patio extension to name a few - they quickly turned around a quote for us. Unfortunately what they quoted was out of our price range. We had a second visit with Guy and he was able to fine tune the pricing and we agreed to a SOW that met our budget. With a 6 month old and a new house we were anxious to get started (and finished!) and Guy and his team were able to move quickly. The major demo work was completed in 2 weeks as estimated and we were well underway. The crew did a good job cleaning up each day and seemed to take pride in their work. The main criticism I have is that Guy was only onsite once a week. We were living thru most of the construction so we were able to keep close tabs on what was going on. Guy was quick to respond and resolve issues as we would point them out which we are thankful but not sure if they would have been fixed had we not brought them to his attention. I will comment though that my husband and I are both engineers so we probably look at things in more detail than most. Overall we were very pleased with the work performed, price, and timeline. As I mentioned we ran into a few issues along the way which is why I only gave 4 stars but I will commend the Supreme team that they always worked towards a resolution we could be happy with (I would have just preferred a closer eye be kept on the work so there were no issues to correct). We would definitely consider using Supreme (and Guy) again if we needed any future work done to the house.

Our last remodeling project was very painful in all aspects of the job - we would never recommend them to anyone. Supreme Remodeling was a different story from the receptionist to the president - everyone was really great. Antonio and Eric worked tirelessly every day to get the job done to our specifications. They were easy to converse with and often did their work with smiles and laughter. Would I recommend Supreme Remodeling to friends and family -- I already have!

I would like to thank Supreme Remodeling for remodeling my kitchen exactly to my need. It took us a while to come down to a conclusion of exactly how we wanted our kitchen but once we met Mickey he was able to help us put together the kitchen of our dreams. We were able to get a free estimate the exact same day we contacted him. As soon as we came down to an arrangement they quickly got to work. My cabinets, shelves and the color were done too perfection. I am very happy with my kitchen, I'm able to walk in and feel like i am at home. The staff that worked on it were very professional and were very neat while working. I wouldn't recommend any other contractor but Supreme Remodeling. It went pretty bad. The guy that showed up seemed nice at first. He proceeded to inspect by getting on the roof, but then he didn't want to get in the attic and kept telling me how much i need a new roof. I let him know that i just wanted to get the couple of areas resolved and would look at a new roof down the line. He kept insisting and then gave me a quote for the new roof. I said that was nice, but i still wanted the areas fixed. He said they didn't do that and I just needed a new roof. I showed him the service that I purchased and he said he would call the office to get my money back. I asked if he could just do what it says he's supposed to do and he refused. I also never got my money back, as the process to do that on my own is time consuming. This was a total scam, like the guys that tell you that they need both owners there so they can suck you into an immediate decision.

At the first meeting with Elan who works with Supreme Remodeling, he came with a vision. He suggested we open up the kitchen to the living room and  add a bar for gatherings.
We had met with two other remodeling companies and felt left in the dark about what the price would be and how it was even going to look.
During this visit with Elan we felt we were in good hands and that his ideas and input were solid.Â
As the project moved forward, the guys were all consistently polite and respectful. They took great care in protecting our floors, etc from any possible damage.
Of course, there were changes and adjustments along the way as in any project of this size. Elan always kept us in the loop and
was thoughtful and considerate while we transitioned through the process.
Overall, Supreme Remodeling as a company treated us as if we were important and that they had our best interests in mind. Kerry at the office was involved and on point. She is professional, kind and knowledgeable of the industry. I spoke with her several times and she went out of her way to be sure we were happy and informed.
Elan spent a good deal of time showing up at our home, checking on the progress, calling us. He never made us feel that we were a bother to him. Through this endeavor we have gotten to be friends and really love him.  He is  a man who really cares about pleasing his client. He is only satisfied when you are satisfied. Elan is a perfectionist, is easy to work with, very conscientious, honest. We really appreciated that in him.Â

Supreme Remodeling is amazing. They helped me remodel my kitchen. The outcome was beautiful. They used white quartz backsplash and white quartz countertops, ceramic floor tile, all new stainless steel appliances. My project manager was Micky, he was amazing and very out going, fun to talk too and has amazing workmanship, he also showed me other projects he's done and I just knew he was the right guy for the project. Not only did he do a great job but I asked for my kitchen to be done before a family gathering and it was done a few days before that, which i was happy about. It speaks about their workmanship overall as a company. Friends and Family come over and envy my kitchen lol i have already recommended a few of them to supreme. I am very thankful I found this company and I look forward to working with them again.

Everything went fine. Project manager (Isaac) and his workers were very professional. They showed up on time and quietly went about doing the job they were assigned to do. Very fast and friendly service. Got an immediate appointment for a free estimate the same day I contacted them. Simon was by far the most honest contractor I have met! An exceptional response to a potential dire situation. The work required was quickly assessed and completed as promised. The contractor, Micky, was extremely personable and a pleasure to work with. He took his time in pointing out where water damage had occurred and the steps that were necessary to correct all damaged areas located both inside and outside of my home. The completed project was outstanding, replicating the original "Pre-water damaged" structure, while in many areas using superior materials than had existed originally.

It went great! The manager Guy was awesome, very professional. Guy was able to explain every step of the process in a detailed manner that didn't take much time at all. Quick and to the point, always wanting what I wanted to do. Guy was great, very accommodationg, and neither his crew or himself was ever late, always on time. My initial experience w/Supreme Remodeling went well but ended up on a sour note. Business relationships as all relationships are based on trust. If the trust is lost then there is no basis to continue unless u come to a resolution. I initially contacted Supreme when I was getting some intial bids 4 a remodeling project. They were not the cheapest or offered any extra perks however the rep Oury seemed knowledgible & trustworthy. It took a while for me to pull the trigger & select Supreme as my contractor. Oury asked for a deposit as a customary show of good faith. This was made in the end of 2015 if I'm not mistaken. There was a signifigant delay on my part due to legal matters on the property. At the end of June of 2016 those matters were coming to a close. Before I could obtain my loan I reached out to my contrator Supreme for assistance to complete so slight repairs to satisfy the appraiser (required for the FHA loan). Installing some smoke detectors, securing the water heater, removing some cracked tiles behind the kitchen sink, repairing a small area of the kitchen floor (they used a heavy plywood), per my request they repaired some doors on 3 kitchen cabinets (they used a good thick plywood and painted them), capped the toilet in my garage, & removed a garage door (per my request). Now granted I spoke to Oury on a Friday, he visited on the following Monday, had a 3 man crew at the property on Tuesday. I was pressing to close out the process with my my realtor so the loan could be finslized before the July 4th holiday. So thank you Oury for making that happen so fast. However this is were I believe that Supreme took advantage of the situation. I was pressed to close out the loan process & trusted Oury to give me a fair price I didn't have time to look for comparison offers. Why would I. I have a contractor why look elsewhere. In my mind it's just additional work for them outside of the contracted project work. So $1800 is what Oury's crew requested. Again I trusted Oury to have by back. I actually was suprised with 3 guys on the job that they took from 9 AM - 7 PM to finish the job. I'm not a handyman or contruction expert but this work did not require 3 guys or the time they took to complete. The workmanship was nothing special. The appraiser came back & signed of on the repairs being completed as was required. I told him the cost & he was shocked. He stated that I was overcharged. My realtor looked at the repairs & was shocked at the cost as well. I had to call a handyman in to fix 1 add'l area that I forgot about. He charged me less then $300 (it was like $239 & I give him a $61 tip) to make barnyard doors for the garage & he completed it in less then 3 hours (from buying all the materials to install). While Supreme verbally quoted $900 for the same exact work. Even the handyman stated that I was grossly overcharged by Supreme. I voiced my appreciation for Oury coming thru for me in a time crunch however I couldn't help feeling that I was taken advantage of. Oury even echoed my concern after the fact that the amount I paid // that was requested by the lead crew member was overpriced. Again he only told me this after I already paid them. I told him that I was feeling uneasy about continuing to use them on the project work. My concern was that these were Supreme's contract workers and they should have been able to control the costs better. Oury stated that if I choose to stay with Supreme on the actual project, that he would make it up on the back end. The trust was gone. How could I trust their word that they would do that when they couldn't or choose not to control the cost on the front end. I decided after a few weeks to notify Oury that I had decided not to utilize Supreme based on my concerns. Fast forward to Nov-Dec of 2016 when I receive a follow up call from Ray Rodriguez from Supreme. He asked me what happened on the project. He apologized and asked if they could possibly bid on future work. I told him that they should contact me in like March or April of this year 2017 when my new contractor Builder Boy would have completed my project which began in late January. Ray mentioned that I should get my $1000 deposit back from Supreme. I told him if that was the case that I would welcome Supreme to bid on additional work if needed. Ray advised that he would talk to the powers that be at Supreme to get my deposit refunded since they didn't do any of the contracted project work. So since the end of 2016 til' mid February I hadn't heard from Supreme. I called them this week. Spoke to Ray, he advised that he would have Kerry in production. I had to call back 3 times before getting to speak to Kerry. She advised that she reviewed my request and have declined my request for a refund since I was under contract but didn't cancel within 3 days of the deposit. The deposit was in good faith on work to be done. Supreme broke that trust. They lost me as a customer.

Your file was open and on hold per your request and it wasn't til months later that you verbally communicated to Oury that you would hold off on the project and 'til this day we have yet to receive a cancellation notice from you. As it states in the Three-Day right to cancel notice that you signed, a client has the right to cancel within 3 days of signing a Home Improvement Contract by sending a notice via email, fax or delivering it personally and when doing so, will receive a refund in the full amount. I would also like to mention that we understand that special circumstances may change a home owners plans even past the 3 days and we are willing to make exceptions to the rule when these special circumstances happen. The job went quite well, given some of the challenges involved with the complexities of cantilevering the patio out an additional 6 feet, remodeling 2 bathrooms and managing some structural issues all while I, the homeowner, was away on business during the 4 months of construction. Guy was extremely courteous and conciliatory, especially when dealing with unexpected issues surrounding fickle and uncooperative city inspectors. The job was done within the budget and time frame that was proposed on the bid. The laborers were considerate and knowledgeable. The occasional miscommunication was always rectified professionally. Guy and his team care about quality and have good taste to boot. I plan certainly to call Supreme Remodeling for future jobs and would recommend the company to anyone who is looking for quality work at a fair price.

Forensic contractors, surety bonds, State licensing board, Interpleader claimants, etc etc … are all not so great things we are now informed about via a single construction experience for a pool and pergola via Supreme Remodeling. We contracted with Supreme in early February 2015. They broke ground in May 2015 citing delays with getting a permit for the pool due to water conservation. Nonetheless, they provided assurances the original completion date of June 2015 as not a problem. No extensions requested or needed however they completely missed this deadline along with others along the way. For this review let’s focus on a single aspect, the pool. By mid-June the pool had been excavated, rebarred, shot-creted, and some plumbing in. See picture, as this is how the yard sat for some time. After the deadline had come and gone we did see coping but it wasn’t again until February 2016, after begging for some movement or updates, and our own efforts to pull permits, handle their architect/surveyor/etc, we then got some progress in the form more concrete, pool tiles, and pool equipment. Unfortunately, they poured the concert without proper drainage within as outlined in the plans, so they did it along the side. Also, they forgot to run a number of conduit from the pump area to the other side of the yard. Moreover, there are two filters and for one they poured an odd shape without the sleeve in it, so there are no sleeves available to fit (or tops unless you heat and shave and bend one yourself!) One other item, the tile work in the pool were redone completely as countless tiles were chipped, cracked, or broken: see photos. Also, the bonding material they put underneath was too thick in many areas which causes white discoloration to come through the tiles and they are not level- it waves! All along communication was poor and many times we asked and followed up about deadlines, workers, daily and weekly work schedules and may times there was underperformance and lack of attention including odd statements. Twice asked for a list of subcontractors, and a materials break down. I was told two things: (a) this is not done in residential construction; and (b) you just pay lump some amounts along the way for general items because when you buy a necklace from a department store, you don’t ask about the materials, who strung the pearls, where the clasp was from, or what each piece of it cost: just pay the whole amount. From the perspective of the pool, we had to redo what felt like a lot: all the tile work, all the electrical that supports it and the house itself as that was also an issue, and much of the pool equipment failed within days of being turned on but only after getting new a contractor.

Good except gap for when raised up to fit new dishwasher doesn't look good. Update Finished product looks great. We are happy to have brand new quartz countertops that really match well with our stone tile floor and amazing fit with our existing white tile backsplash. So great to have undermount sink now. Our guys were great at fitting counter, installing new sink, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. Took a bit longer to agree on completing job with original guys Simon and Gal, but Tony was awesome and made sure job was finished good as promised. Took a little longer to finish around holidays but that is to be expected. Happy it is finished before new year!
