Everything went fine. Project manager (Isaac) and his workers were very professional. They showed up on time and quietly went about doing the job they were assigned to do. They cleaned up each day before quitting time. If they were unsure about how we wanted something placed or done, they would ask first. Professional job all around.

Everything went great and ever I need information I contacted Kerry or Michael they're both very prompt especially Kerry if you call her she gets it done their workers even came during the rainy season to complete projects nothing stopped them.

After meeting with a few contractors over the past months for a 2 bedroom addition on my home, I found the right company to do business with. Supreme Remodeling is great!! Very fast and friendly service. Got an immediate appointment for a free estimate the same day I contacted them. Simon was by far the most honest contractor I have met! He was straight forward about pricing and timing of the project. Over all, I enjoyed having Supreme and their team work on my home! By far the best decision I have made.

An exceptional response to a potential dire situation. The work required was quickly assessed and completed as promised. The contractor, Micky, was extremely personable and a pleasure to work with. He took his time in pointing out where water damage had occurred and the steps that were necessary to correct all damaged areas located both inside and outside of my home. The completed project was outstanding, replicating the original "Pre-water damaged" structure, while in many areas using superior materials than had existed originally.

Micky was our contractor, he was by far the best! love the energy, and positive attitude he had during my construction. I had a whole kitchen remodel by Supreme which I am still in love with every day I step in to it!! I never taught someone would ever envision MY IDEA of a perfect kitchen, BUT Micky did. Thank you Supreme! I look forward into working with you in any future projects on my home :)

It went great! The manager Guy was awesome, very professional. Guy was able to explain every step of the process in a detailed manner that didn't take much time at all. Quick and to the point, always wanting what I wanted to do. Guy was great, very accommodationg, and neither his crew or himself was ever late, always on time. Every worker treated my house as if it was their house, I was very pleased! Highly recomend, ask for Guy!

My initial experience w/Supreme Remodeling went well but ended up on a sour note. Business relationships as all relationships are based on trust. If the trust is lost then there is no basis to continue unless u come to a resolution. I initially contacted Supreme when I was getting some intial bids 4 a remodeling project. They were not the cheapest or offered any extra perks however the rep Oury seemed knowledgible & trustworthy. It took a while for me to pull the trigger & select Supreme as my contractor. Oury asked for a deposit as a customary show of good faith. This was made in the end of 2015 if I'm not mistaken. There was a signifigant delay on my part due to legal matters on the property. At the end of June of 2016 those matters were coming to a close. Before I could obtain my loan I reached out to my contrator Supreme for assistance to complete so slight repairs to satisfy the appraiser (required for the FHA loan). Installing some smoke detectors, securing the water heater, removing some cracked tiles behind the kitchen sink, repairing a small area of the kitchen floor (they used a heavy plywood), per my request they repaired some doors on 3 kitchen cabinets (they used a good thick plywood and painted them), capped the toilet in my garage, & removed a garage door (per my request). Now granted I spoke to Oury on a Friday, he visited on the following Monday, had a 3 man crew at the property on Tuesday. I was pressing to close out the process with my my realtor so the loan could be finslized before the July 4th holiday. So thank you Oury for making that happen so fast. However this is were I believe that Supreme took advantage of the situation. I was pressed to close out the loan process & trusted Oury to give me a fair price I didn't have time to look for comparison offers. Why would I. I have a contractor why look elsewhere. In my mind it's just additional work for them outside of the contracted project work. So $1800 is what Oury's crew requested. Again I trusted Oury to have by back. I actually was suprised with 3 guys on the job that they took from 9 AM - 7 PM to finish the job. I'm not a handyman or contruction expert but this work did not require 3 guys or the time they took to complete. The workmanship was nothing special. The appraiser came back & signed of on the repairs being completed as was required. I told him the cost & he was shocked. He stated that I was overcharged. My realtor looked at the repairs & was shocked at the cost as well. I had to call a handyman in to fix 1 add'l area that I forgot about. He charged me less then $300 (it was like $239 & I give him a $61 tip) to make barnyard doors for the garage & he completed it in less then 3 hours (from buying all the materials to install). While Supreme verbally quoted $900 for the same exact work. Even the handyman stated that I was grossly overcharged by Supreme. I voiced my appreciation for Oury coming thru for me in a time crunch however I couldn't help feeling that I was taken advantage of. Oury even echoed my concern after the fact that the amount I paid // that was requested by the lead crew member was overpriced. Again he only told me this after I already paid them. I told him that I was feeling uneasy about continuing to use them on the project work. My concern was that these were Supreme's contract workers and they should have been able to control the costs better. Oury stated that if I choose to stay with Supreme on the actual project, that he would make it up on the back end. The trust was gone. How could I trust their word that they would do that when they couldn't or choose not to control the cost on the front end. I decided after a few weeks to notify Oury that I had decided not to utilize Supreme based on my concerns. Fast forward to Nov-Dec of 2016 when I receive a follow up call from Ray Rodriguez from Supreme. He asked me what happened on the project. He apologized and asked if they could possibly bid on future work. I told him that they should contact me in like March or April of this year 2017 when my new contractor Builder Boy would have completed my project which began in late January. Ray mentioned that I should get my $1000 deposit back from Supreme. I told him if that was the case that I would welcome Supreme to bid on additional work if needed. Ray advised that he would talk to the powers that be at Supreme to get my deposit refunded since they didn't do any of the contracted project work. So since the end of 2016 til' mid February I hadn't heard from Supreme. I called them this week. Spoke to Ray, he advised that he would have Kerry in production. I had to call back 3 times before getting to speak to Kerry. She advised that she reviewed my request and have declined my request for a refund since I was under contract but didn't cancel within 3 days of the deposit. The deposit was in good faith on work to be done. Supreme broke that trust. They lost me as a customer.

The job went quite well, given some of the challenges involved with the complexities of cantilevering the patio out an additional 6 feet, remodeling 2 bathrooms and managing some structural issues all while I, the homeowner, was away on business during the 4 months of construction. Guy was extremely courteous and conciliatory, especially when dealing with unexpected issues surrounding fickle and uncooperative city inspectors. The job was done within the budget and time frame that was proposed on the bid. The laborers were considerate and knowledgeable. The occasional miscommunication was always rectified professionally. Guy and his team care about quality and have good taste to boot. I plan certainly to call Supreme Remodeling for future jobs and would recommend the company to anyone who is looking for quality work at a fair price.

Supreme did a great job at a very reasonable price. Very professional and responsive. I highly recommend them.

From demolition to the clean up on the last day Supreme was very professional. Communication was key to my project because we traveled during the time of the construction.

Isaac and Michael are leading us through a very intimidating process. They have a good eye for design and color. They have been responsive to our concerns and come very day to monitor workers and answer questions. Isaac is also a computer and satellite wizard!

They have the best customer service. The contractor brings baked goods from his wife's cooking

I am beyond excited to finally have the layout I wanted. The workmanship and the service from the team in the office was great.

Good except gap for when raised up to fit new dishwasher doesn't look good. Update Finished product looks great. We are happy to have brand new quartz countertops that really match well with our stone tile floor and amazing fit with our existing white tile backsplash. So great to have undermount sink now. Our guys were great at fitting counter, installing new sink, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. Took a bit longer to agree on completing job with original guys Simon and Gal, but Tony was awesome and made sure job was finished good as promised. Took a little longer to finish around holidays but that is to be expected. Happy it is finished before new year!

Great workmanship and amazing customer service.

Supreme Remodeling and Micky Kanian did an excellent job building a nearly 1500 sq. foot guest house on our property. They helped us with all the decisions and design plans along the way, and guided us through the process in a user-friendly manner. They were very professional and responsive to our questions. We are extremely pleased with their work, and would absolutely recommend them.

Very expensive quote, but chose them because of previous work and good reviews. The finished product was not any better than if we went with any of the other cheaper quotes. In this case, you don't get what you pay for. Very disappointed with the finished product, considering how much we paid.

The hole process was a blessing. They came did what needed to be done the best part was they didn't leave a mess very professional people. Also my kitchen is amazing I love it words can not explain how much I love it. It went form an ordinary kitchen to a kitchen you would only see in an magazine. I had been in the market for a good remodeling company to do my kitchen and settled on Supreme. They did a great job keeping in touch with me and keeping me calm during the whole process of remodeling and adding onto my kitchen. They helped me with plans, blueprints and were very patient with my design changes and ideas. My project manager Simon was there each step of the way and offered me a number of good suggestions I wouldn't have otherwise thought of. I added about a small bump out in the kitchen and opened it from a galley to a more u shaped design. I switched from older white oak cabinets to some beautiful white shaker cabinets and swapped my old laminate counters out for granite. They also upgraded my electrical and plumbing in the process. I have been living with my new kitchen for a few months now and am very satisfied and happy with the way things turned out.

Isaac was our project manager. He was professional, handled all issues that came up during the stressful renovation in a timely manner, and responsive. They finished 1 month earlier than our expected date on contract, which was awesome and unheard of in this business. We would use them again for our next project.

Guy, who was in charge of the work, was very professional. He came out several times to estimate the work to be done, talked to me about the Hero program, and worked hard to make sure that everything went smoothly. There are always little bumps along the way when one gets one's home worked on, and he smoothed them all out. I am very impressed with his professionalism since I don't think he really cared for me personally. It is hard to work well with a client in such a situation - I really admire his competence. I also spoke with Roy Rodriguez, the company's customer service liason. He was also competent, and friendly too. A joy to work with. The receptionists and rain gutter men and concrete men were also friendly and a pleasure to work with. This company deserves an A for their professionalism and customer service. As for the rain gutters: I can't inspect my rain gutters, so I will assume that the work got done correctly. I appreciate the company's willingness to get the rain gutters repaired when I wanted them repaired. (Everyone was having their rain gutters done at that time and most companies weren't accepting new work.) Thank you very much - it was a great relief to me. As for the concrete: both Guy and the concrete man tried hard to deliver a good job. But at the last second, I was informed that for the job to be done correctly, there would need to be an additional cost. I couldn't pay the cost, so Guy and the concrete man conferenced with me about how getting the job done as well as possible for the money I had contracted to pay. They both explained carefully what the concrete man would do, got my permission, and maid sure I was part of the process. Again, excellent customer service. Unfortunately, I feel that I paid much too much for the job actually done - a small rectangle of ground, perhaps a yard by 4 yards in dimension, was filled in with concrete for $1000. I don't think I got my money's worth. There is no way for the rain to go anywhere - more money would have paid for an incline or some type of water run-off - so the area still floods when it rains. Eventually, probably, the concrete will wear away with enough rain since it looks a bit porous to me. I feel that I should have paid no more than half the amount I did for the concrete. But I am not an expert. Oh well. I should have asked my gardener to do it, instead of a company with high overhead. But they really tried to make me understand what it was I was paying for, and I appreciate that. I think that you could do worse than contract with this company. Just - know exactly what you are paying for, and what work they are doing. Expect change orders - no contracting work is ever perfect - and understand that this company is a big one with high overhead - lots of employee salaries to pay. Given enough money and enough careful interaction with the management and workers, this company will probably do a good, perhaps very good, job for you.

Supreme Remodeling did a fantastic renovation of multiple rooms in our townhouse back in 2014. Our home is our sanctuary and Micky and his crew worked closely with us to make sure it was everything we wanted it to be. Living through construction is not easy, but he and his crew were flexible and willing to work around our needs and the requirements of our HOA. We get so many compliments on our home and have had several friends use our kitchen as inspiration for their own renovation projects. Two years later, Micky is still happy to send out his crew to fix any little issues that come up and make sure we are satisfied customers. When we're ready to start renovations on our master bath, Supreme Remodeling will be first on my list to call.

Simon was the individual I had most contact with. From the very beginning he gave me his honest opinion of what needed to be done. Because of a prior problem with the shower, he recommended that the shower floor be rebuilt, which I agreed to. He proceeded with the rebuilding and "hot mop" and "floating concrete." before all the tile was installed. The installer did a beautiful job. As the shower is not completely even, this could have turned out badly, but the tile looks impeccable. He was more expensive than the other bidders were, but he did install new glass and didn't charge me (he had told me this upfront that if the previous glass didn't match he would cover the cost).(The reason for the "A" rather than a "B" for the grade under price.
