The Work crews showed up on days that were previously scheduled on time, work crew cleaned up the work area every day they worked before leaving. They systematically performed the work meaning the kitchen remodel was moving faster then I expected and all worked out perfectly. The inspections were scheduled and either, The project manager or the crew manager met with the inspector. We were never asked to miss of day of work to meet with the inspectors. Before they installed the tile or countertops they met with either my husband or me to make sure that we were sure about the color or the type of material.

Ezra was the company representative and we worked out what was to be performed. He came by several times during the course of the work being done. If I had any questions I would call him or the company office. Ezra was very professional and made sure that I was satisfied at all stages of the work being done.
The crew varied in size from two to three which included a foreman who directed the workers and was involved with all the painting. It took a little over a week to perform all the work. I would coordinate with the foreman when there were any questions that needed answered. The crew was very efficient and the work was completed to my satisfaction.
Near the end of the job I noticed a section that had an odd pattern of reflections from the surface. The foreman indicated that the material was odd and not a standard wood surface and an extra layer of paint did not help. I spoke to Ezra about what I and the foreman thought was needed. The little bit of extra work entailed something not in our original contract so Ezra worked out a price based on the cost of materials and labor which I agreed to. The work was done in about four hours much to my satisfaction. I was very impressed with the look of my house after the work was done.

Mickey Kanian and Patrick Doan are the owners of Supreme
Remodeling, and these guys really go the extra mile. They were initially hired
to paint and re-roof our ocean view property in Malibu, and ended up building our 4,500 square
foot dream home. We redesigned, added more square footage, foundation,
repainted walls, additional sq footage, framing, stucco, hardscape, landscape,
windows, doors, etc. You name it we did it - spending about 1.2 million for
what ended up being an incredible knoll top 180 degree ocean view home. This company
is reliable and honest, and their work and materials are high quality. While
they were working on the Malibu house two of our
other properties needed attention, one was in California
the other in Arizona.
Patrick drove to Arizona
twice to check on the construction there. This was done with no charge to us,
and they helped us with the additional California
property as well. When they saw something needed to be done to greatly improve
the property, it was often done out of their own pocket. We trusted them to
make decisions while we were out of town, and formed a friendship that will
carry on now that the permitting and construction phase is finished. However
our working relationship continues, as this company guarantees their work for
ten years after completion and they are still working on little repairs and
touch ups. I can highly recommend this company, and I assure that you will be
working with honest reliable people when you hire Supreme Remodeling, whether
you remodel or decide on a new home.

WE WERE THINKING OF REMODELING OUR KITCHEN FOR QUITE SOME TIME UNTIL WE GOT A RECOMMENDATION FROM OUR CLOSE FRIEND REGARDING SUPREME REMOLDLING. THEY CAME AND GAVE US A FREE ESTIMATE FOR THE KITCHEN. MICKY CAME AND SPENT QUITE A FEW HOURS EXPLAINING TO US THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN KITCHENS AND THE TILES, COLORS, COUNTER TOPS ETC., HE DID A LAYOUT FOR US ON HIS COMPUTER. HE EXPLAINED THE DETAIL OF THE NEW KITCHEN LAYOUT. THE WAY HE DESIGNED AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO US , MADE US FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE WITH THE PRODUCT. EVEN THOUGH WE GOT OTHER ESTIMATES FROM DIFFERENT COMPANIES AND SOME WERE LOWER IN PRICE AFTER WE CHECKED HIS LICENSE AND CREDENTIALING RECORDS, WE DECIDED TO GO WITH SUPREME REMODELING.

We got a call from Supreme and we had been debating doing a new bathroom remodel. I was expecting a baby and was unsure if this was a project that we wanted to undertake. Mickey was wonderful to work with. He solved previous issues with outstanding permits from a different company that we had gone with for a different bathroom remodel. Mickey said that they would do everything to complete the project before the baby arrived and despite some material delays out of their control, delivered on that promise. I just found a picture of what I wanted the bathroom to look like and Mickey did everything. He shopped the project for us, brought us samples and took care of everything. The crew was here everyday, early, worked very quickly and were careful to clean up after themselves. Our bathroom looks like a Spa and we are very pleased. We are already dreaming of our next project and will definitely go with Supreme for that project, too. I highly recommend them.

I was really concerned about how long the project would take. The contract dates were estimated at five to six weeks, I was fortunate in that it only took about four and half. I had anticipated staying at a friends or renting a room during the demolition of the bathroom. To my surprise the demolition was done in one day and I was able to stay at home. Things were not like normal but I appreciated that they were concerned about my comfort and worked around my personal needs. At was given a schedule of the arrival times and the departure times of the crews and what the would be doing each day they were at my home. The only delay in the project that comes to mind was because the City Inspector was not able to perform an inspection and it had to be scheduled for another day. Other than that the project went smoothly.

The overall remodeling experience with Simon was very impressing to me, the way the work was coordinated . The Project Manager's crew that was assigned to our project arrived every day early and, worked around my schedule. I very rarely had to change my plans or miss work.
They were very neat and organized. Although the job took more than a month, which was because we renovated throughout the entire townhouse. We started with the hard wood floor and move to the bathroom, kitchen and finally the cabinets. In approximately six weeks the work was completed all the permits were finalized by the City. I am thoroughly pleased with the work. To date there has been no problems with of the renovation that were made.

From start to finish, everything was completed on time. All work was very professional. Our house was left clean every night. All of the employees were on task. No time was wasted. Everyone was very polite and courteous. Kerran called us every day to check on the progress of the work. Micky or Patrick either called or come to the house to make sure we were satisfied with the progress and the quality of work and materials. We have NO negative comments. We are very pleased with Supreme Remodeling and plan to call them for future remodeling work.

The workers were processional and conscientiously minimized the dust and smells during dismantling and construction.
They showed up every day and kept in contact throughout the project.

The whole job was done efficiently, timely, and very professionally. I did not have to call, to find out were the construction workers were. It was very well planed and the different construction stages were kept in a timely matter. It was finished according to schedule. I was consulted during every step of the way. I felt very comfortable the way the job progressed. I have never had a construction crew as polite and ON TIME as this one. They did everything, they were supposed to do with a high quality of workmen-ship. I can highly recommend the company for their work and business practice.
The Contractor Yogi Hadad is very competent and I would recommend him anytime. He is very particular about the job.

1. We never heard from Mike after the start of the job. We had to interface with the workers directly, with whom communication was
extremely poor causing unnecessary delays.
2. We instructed the workers to move our expensive plants to the garden side of the property and to ensure they remained
irrigated. They were left in the driveway, and instead, holes were drilled in the shed wall to accommodate the sprinkler system. The sprinkler system was broken by the workers, and the plants were not being irrigated.
3. The workers did not show up for work for multiple days in a row, leaving behind trash, tools, debris and dust.
4. The shed that was assembled, was made of the cheapest materials in a style that in no way matches the house. Mike Baron
verbally represented to us before signing the contract that his company would make the utmost effort to ensure that the aesthetics of the new construction would match the style of the home. However, we were never consulted at any time on style, or materials preference.
5. We expressed our discontent and Mike agreed to meet at 7am on Sunday September 23, 2012 to discuss the issues, as we had to catch a plan and leave at 8am. Mike showed up at 7:40am, which demonstrated a lack of respect both for
our concerns and for our time.
6. Finally, when looking to finance a portion of a previously quoted project, the Wells Fargo financial advisors retained by
Supreme Remodeling issued a credit card in my name for a different amount after
we decided not to pursue the financing without my approval.
These are just some of the reasons why we have no confidence in Supreme Remodeling?s integrity and care for our best interests. We believe that we have grossly overpaid for the job performed to date, and further we are not comfortable having Supreme Remodeling on our property to finish the job. In addition this was our first experience with a contractor from Angie?s List which was a huge disappointment given that we paid for what we thought would be a reliable resource.

"The original contract with the memebers was signed and dated 08.19.12, with an approximate start date of 08.23.12 and a completion date of 10.23.12. The contract was for architectural designed and construction of a Hillside Deck the amount of that contract was $43.500. On 9.07.12 the homeowner’s asked to downsize the project to building a shed and block wall. The amount of the new contract was $13,600. Supreme Remodeling Inc. agreed to the cancellation of the 08.19.12 contract as a courtesy, although the Three Day Right to Cancel agreement which was signed by the Penaloza’s had expired as of 12:00 midnight 08.22.12. Supreme had already begun to work on the architectural design and the city permits. In good faith we respected the homeowner’s decision to down size their project because their situation was changing. The project for the shed and block wall was started 09.10.12 the work was performed according to the written and signed contract. Our customers are always given information which provides the telephone number of the Project Manager as well as an office telephone number. The choice of materials is always made by the homeowner. The member verbally gave his approval of the work. The members never contacted the office with any of the complaints she has posted, until a payment for the project was due. Supreme Remodeling Inc., received a letter from Jessica Rousset dated 10.01.12 terminating the contract at which time the work was about to be completed. After receipt of the letter Supreme Remodeling Inc. made several attempts to meet with the Penaloza’s and address any issues that she had. The Owners of the company offered to supervise the completion of the project. On Friday 11.30.12 the member's were contacted by Supreme’s legal dept we wanted to create a punch list and for the Owners to meet with them and try to resolve the issues, they have refused. This refusal has led Supreme Remodeling Inc. to believe that they simply do not want to pay. This is a very unfortunate situation, that has led us to beleive that she want to ruin our company's reputation."

Simon was the person from Supreme that took the quote and advised me that a concrete replacement would be the least expensive. I requested the job to be completed before 10/27 because I was expecting guests. He said they could begin asap and finish well before my deadline . They started prompty the next day demolishing the porch. The following day they started framing and Simon visited and then asked what I was going to do about the support posts and he advised me it would be an additional cost. We came to an agreement of an additional $400 for the two 4" posts. Simon advised me that they would begin pouring concrete the next day.
They started on the 3rd day pouring and everything went smoothly The final outcome was that that the job was finished. Simon from Supreme came back to review the work and see how it came out. I know its only a $2,400 job but still I think they did a great job . There was some Concrete that was not cleaned up from the walls and windows and Simon called back his crew to clean it up pomptly. If you have any issues , Simon is the guy that you should call immediatelly and he will take care of it right away.

From start to finish they were here every morning and worked diligently to get the job done on time. They showed up every day and did a great job. Karen from the company office called every day to make sure the job was being done correctly and how we wanted it. We were so happy with the work that we asked them to do a patio enclosure for us. They estimate they gave us was very fair. Mickey and Patrick explained everything. We agreed and sure enough they were at our home right on time again ready to start the next project. Every morning they were here ready to go. They were very professional and polite. Everyone was on task and everything was finished beautifully. Karen again checked up everyday. We will continue to use them and they are the only ones we will call for future projects.

This company it?s the best company we ever did remodeling with. We start off doing our drive way coming through into the house and we loved it, the workers are amazing, and the job they did was outstanding. In a very short time after seeing the way they did the drive way we decided to do the flooring, Kitchen and our bathroom. We asked Supreme Remodeling to give us price for the work and the price was very fair. I have to tell you I love taking a shower so often just to relax and enjoy my alone time! Also, we replaced all windows around the house, its feel like a new home now.
Mickey the Project manager was amazing, he answered all of our questions and helped us picking up the tile and the bathroom fixtures step by step, also when we did the kitchen Remodeling he hired designer that came and did 3D layout of our kitchen to show us before and after look and the kitchen came out even more beautiful than the layout, we are so happy to cook in it.
