They are very nice and I think their prices are more than fair. We were going to have them shampoo the carpets in a vacant apartment, but while we were inspecting the apartment we realized there were hardwood floors underneath. Our owner decided to remove the carpet and refinish the floors instead. This is not something that Sunrise handles, but they personally provided us with an excellent referral to do that work and it turned out really well.
