You don't even talk to a real person. When I did get a hold of a person finally they were very rude. They weren't very professional, and they weren't very courteous. And I felt like they didn't want to talk to me. They were very unhelpful. They said they couldn't do much. They basically told me I was out of luck. There has been 19 complaints on them from the BBB. They have an F rating on the BBB, and have been linked to being a fraudulent company.
