I called the company, and scheduled a service appointment for the next day. The service person showed up within the appointment window of time, even called about 20 minutes before they got there to give me an ETA. When they arrived, they quickly diagnosed that the water pump was not working. Unfortunately they didn't have the proper replacement pump with them, so came back the next day, at no additional charge, and replaced the pump. The washing machine now works properly. I would used the company again. Prompt, knowledgeable, got the job done.

Very good on the phone during the initial contact.  Showed up on time.  Initially, Kevin was a little gruff but his demeanor improved.  Repairs were done professionally, timely, and so far we have had no problems.  I'd call them again. 

From start to finish, Kevin was excellent: on time, professional, clearly knowledgeable, communicated clearly, and efficient.  Great service all around!

They charged me for work they didn't do. Had an attitude problem and were very rude and belligerent during this process.

They said they would be there between 12 and 2:00.  Showed up a few minutes after 12:00.  Did not ask any questions about problem.  Just pulled refrigerator out.  Ran his hand down back of plastic line, said it was broken in certain spot.  I could see that the wall was completely wet.  Took back hose apart and put in about 6 feet of plastic hose on back of refrigerator (charge $6.47.  Then said I had to have a new connector hose.  This is a flex medal hose (charge $50.00).  Took less than 45 minues and that included writing up the bill.  Cost of labor $140.00.  Asked about the 10% Angie's list discount on labor (stated on advertising) and he said no.  Blew me off.  How do I trust Angie's list?  What is true?

Mike was courteous and fixed problem, checked that it was working correctly and gave me bill less coupon which corresponded to estimate he'd given me.
