Do not use. Technician never arrived. After repeated phone calls, I was told that someone had called for my credit card number and when I didn't answer they cancelled the appointment. I checked my phone and no such call had been made. The owner was rude and unhelpful. Do not use them.

Great! This is my second review, the first was not good but I was pleasantly surprised that my appointment this time was on time and the problem quickly, professionally and efficiently resolved. The service tech went above and beyond for me and replaced a Door King remote that might have ordinarily been a problem for me to have had replaced. I have only good things to say about Scotland Entry Systems.

Had an early afternoon appointment yesterday that they never showed up for. I called the office and they mumbled something about being on their way and traffic. However, after I waited all day and missed my own personal appointments to wait for them, they never showed! I called again to day to complain and make another appointment - hopefully they will show up. The attitude of the girl at the desk seemed like it was "just the way it is" when they are too busy to keep their appointment and never show up. What a lousy way to do business! Unfortunately Door King has designated them as their service reps. I wish I had another option......

I had a gate in Los Feliz that scotland entry used to service. That was way before Angie's List was up and running. I moved to Marina Del Rey and had gates installed by Doorland thinking that Scotland would not service our area. Doorland put the gates in wonky and they never closed properly . I called a few contractors ( including my own and some from Angie's List ) and they looked at the gates and said they weren't interested in fixing them unless they replaced them. Scotland sent Bejan. Bejan gave us a quote for $1000 and did the job for $750. The gate now works perfectly! They are a good and honest company.
