Heating and Air Conditioning Service
I have had ongoing problems with the central air in my home. Various companies have tried and failed and failed and failed (and billed and billed). It is definitely not easy to find good service techs -- most are able to change filters and a couple other tricks.
So I turned next to try "San Fernando Valley Svc."
A service tech named Mike K came out to the house. He solved it. He was like the Sherlock Holmes of air conditioning. extremely meticulous, extremely patient, conscientious, focused. Took the time to explain everything to me. extremely intelligent and polite. Also extremely tidy -- wore gloves and boot covers to keep floors clean, etc.
Cannot say enough good things about him -- and about this company.
Thank you also to Anna at headquarters.
This company seems to be extremely well-run, well-managed and have excellent personnel and follow-up. (When I had a small subsequent issue, the company sent Mike back out immediately, no questions asked -- problem solved.)
My one suggestion to these good people -- change the name of your company. Right now it is too generic. I feel like people could get confused between their company and others with similar-sounding names. Change the name to Larry's Heat and Air -- you'll be the only ones and easier to find.
Other than that, they are great! Thank you, San Fernando SVC.
