FANTASTIC--F rank was at another job a long way away but agreed to come out when finished. He got here and after hearing my problem he went to work. Fixed the toilet via snake and fixed the 2 faucets fast and clean. He may not have a lot of reviews but he is a 10 and all of his reviews are A's. I am calling him next time instead of another plumber with a jillion good reviews but who tries to sell you the moon...go with Frank & you will be very happy !

fantastic--Frank was at a job far away but agreed to come as soon as he was finished. He got here & went to work.. Fixed everything--quick and clean just perfect..will use for all future needs--he doesn't have a lot of reviews but they are all A's and he will have mabny more with the good and honest work that he does.

Called Rooty Rooter and Frank arrived within 30 minutes. He explained what he was going to do before he got started. When he pulled the line out there where roots at the end. He recommended for next time to run a camera in the line to see where the problem is. But for now everything should be okay. He was very friendly and professional.

Frank was awesome! He showed up within an hour of calling. Asked a few question, got right to taking care of the problem and was done in less then 30 minutes. No trying to upscale, just did what needed to be done. Best part he cleaned up afterwards.

The 11 drains around our pool were notorious for draining slow, with 3 not draining at all.  We thought spilled DE was the culprit with those 3, as they did not seem to be draining out to the street at all.  A side downspout that also entered the main had been making a weird noise as well, with water overflowing around where it went under the concrete.
I called Frank at Rooty Rooter, and he said he could come out the very next day.  He originally said a hydro jetting would be $300, and I thought that was a good price.
He arrived a little late due to a small medical emergency, but went right to work setting everything up.  I showed him the drains and outlets, and explained what I thought might be going on, and he said he would snake first in case the blockage was more than just DE.
After an hour, he was able to show me a HUGE amount of roots on the end of his snake.  Well, there's the problem!  He said for my best results, I should have all the exterior drains snaked before the hydro jetting, otherwise I would just be moving the dirt into the roots, and the plants would grow even more!  He could do the snaking AND hydro jetting for $500, still a remarkably good price for a completely clean drain.
After more than 5 hours of hard work, every single one of those pipes and drains was clear.  He even got on his hands and knees and dug the dirt out of the drains that were in the side dirt areas!  Then he got my "green" bin and scooped all the muck and leaves and roots into the bin, and put it away.  He didn't break one of the 40 year old drain covers that he removed and put back.
I could see the dirt and DE at the main to the gutter, so I knew that he got that cleared out.  I was pleased with his hard work.  He grinned the entire time, truly a man who enjoys his work and enjoys helping people,
Today, the very next day, we got a decent rain storm, and I was very pleased to see that all the drains were working perfectly!  We are ready for El Nino!
I hope that he is still working in another decade when we'll want another snaking of those drains, and I sure will recommend him to anyone in this area who needs drain clearing!

He arrived less than an hour after I called.  He cleaned out the sewer line for a backed up bathroom (bathtub, toilet).  We have had multiple backups for this particular bathroom.  He found chunks of material in the internals of the toilet that were blocking flow, which in turn was inhibiting the flow of sewage from this bathroom to the septic tank, creating a buildup of sludge in the line. He used a hydrojet to clear the line from the bathroom to the septic tank.  He recommended a more powerful flushing toilet to help minimize the buildup of sludge in the future, which I installed myself later the same day.
