Rooter Guards technician Oscar is a godsent hero... My sister is currently going through a very rough time, having found the end of a 6 year relationship. Our family lives across the country, all she has is myself and her innocent dog - Willow. Trying to be a good brother, I let Willow out to pee while she was at work. Willow doesn't like men, and for some reason she really doesn't like me. But I'm no stranger to this news, therefor I had her on a lease while she did her business... along side my loyal companion Benzo who was off his lease. As we approach the porch to get everyone inside, I unlock the door and take Willow off her leash, she then proceeds to run... and run she did. For 2 miles Benzo and I are running down Camarillo St, in and out of the busy road, just trying to keep up with Willow. She is increasing the distance between her and the barefoot bounty hunter (me) pursuing.. I am screaming at everyone she runs past to "GRAB HER, CATCH THE DOG PLEASE!" but no one comes to my aid. I see Willow get further and further ahead of me, while my dog falls behind and my internal gas tank runs close to E.... hope is fleeing.... *tires screech* A man in a van yells out "I'll get her bro, I"LL HELP! " as he speeds off in front of me... Willow takes a corner, and my dog stops far behind me... I am forced to choose between losing my dog to keep up with Willow, or lose Willow to grab my dog. My heart breaks as I decide to pursue Willow. (Thankfully my dog catches up)... "Over here! I think I got her!" Mr. Oscar yells from a parking lot. "She's in this corner, walk up slowly." I sneak up, and grab ahold of Willow. Thank god.... Thank god this man / hero was around and decided to take it upon himself to help someone in desperate need when no one else would. Because of him my sister doesn't have to go through another heart break tonight, and I don't have to resent myself forever for being negligent enough to lose the last thing my sister has to hold on to. If you're reading this sir, Thank you. Bottom of my heart thank you. If I ever need plumbing services I will never consider anyone else, you got yourself a few forever loyal customers!

Very good communication, excellent service. Ellis worked really hard and efficient. Our building is an old one and the plumber that the manager had sent over was very rude and even yelled at me when I tried to ask a question. I'm happy I called Rooter Guard. Ellis was complete the opposite to that plumber. He was really friendly and even gave me a few advises on how to open a drain myself in future. Great service. Very good company. They were on time and finished the job earlier than I expected.Very professional team. Leo is a great manager. Totally recommend them.

A nightmare!!!!! Horrible!!!!! Incomplete !!!!! Hate the mess they left in the front yard, backyard, I keep tripping on the old pipes , very dangerous situation!!!! They left a mess in the basement incomplete work. Took too long- did not know how to fix the problems that kept coming up. Did not show up for days to finish work. The bathroom sink dies not work, the washing machine in basement is not hooked up the washing machine draining sink is not hooked back up. We cannot wash clothes. Basement full of muddy dirt & water. Extremely disappointed. Ed from Rooter Guard threatened to shut our water if first payment. Stressed hospitalized for surgeries planned before they came & went back for stress from unfinished work from threat from Ed from Rooter Guard. Nightmare. Would not recommend Rooter Guard to no one on earth. Sad awful experience. 👎no good!!!!!!!! Company.

Last Sunday we had JC at our place. We had an outdoor drainage problem. He came out to look at the problem first and give us a free estimate. He informed me about the problem and gave an estimate about the price. It was all ok we agreed to get the job done by him. Great job, I will use them again in the future if we need to get something fixed again.

The guy that came over was Jovany. He was very punctual and nice. He fixed garbage disposal that needed to be replaced. He installed it very neatly. I highly recommend him.

Really good service. I’m very happy with it. They are prompt and very professional. Jesse cleared the drain. He was super courteous and was wearing booties to keep the floor clean. That’s how it should be. He was very easy to communicate with. Perfect experience with Rooter Guard.

I had an excellent experience with these guys. We had a problem with the roots in our drain. They sent out Lewis. He used the hydro jet to clean it out and the clog was gone. He is a hard working guy. I am happy that I called them. I recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

We had a leaky drain pipe. Called Rooter Guard to send someone to help us out. An hour later Lewis came to fix it. He cut the drywall to check which pipe was leaking. After some time the pipe was fix. He was able to find the problem and give a quick solution. Thanks a lot. Great company.

Rooter Guard replaced our tankless water heater and it was installed really good. Their plumber guy Albert was very punctual and he work really hard to please us. Very efficient work and the price was reasonable as well. I highly recommend the Rooter Guard.

Everything went really smooth. The sink clog is gone. Also my broken faucet was replace and a new one was installed thanks to James. We also had a bad smell coming out from the yard where the kids usually play. James was able to locate the rotten pipe and replace it. Thanks a lot really good service.
