We had previously had Bulmaro do a small job (adding an additional granite counter-top/bar to our kitchen) which had been done in a very satisfactory manner. We contacted him shortly after purchasing the slabs for the masterbath remodel. He picked up the granite at the yard and agreed to store it until we were ready to move forward. When plans had been finalized, he gave us a preliminary bid based on the plans. When cabinetry had been installed, Bulmaro came out to measure and confirmed that the original bid would hold, although some changes had been made. An appointment was made for the installation. The slabs were pre-finished at his shop and he and his crew arrived promptly for the installation. There was only one bump in the road--a discrepancy in the measurement required Bulmaro to return to his shop to re-cut the back-splash. Other than that, the installation went smoothly and looks great. Communications are generally good, although there is no office staff, and if Bulmaro is on a job site, it may take him a day or so to return a call. We also can't make any recommendation regarding his design skills. My husband is a designer and we didn't require much in the way of design input from Bulmaro, but he was helpful with regard to technical details.
