Reliable Roofing

These guys are flashy and professional on the front end, but absolutely garbage on the project execution. Don?t trust them.

This company is very unprofessional and can not be trusted.

I know plumbing costs have increased but I did not expect the price to be so high.

Price gouging, keystone cops operation. Keep an eye on your wallet and have someone on hand to show them how to do the necessary repairs. Called main office to complain about price after completion of simple repair and was told there was a $5,000 minimum on any job they do. They did drop the price from $5,843 to $5,000.

My home had busted pipes I had not water for a month. They updated my plumbing and gave me water in 3 days.

Back in 2016, I had a bad roof. They came out and fixed it in the middle of December. They even took extra care with my elderly mom in the house.

They was honest person like family

While they finish work quickly there is a lot to be desired for the quality of the cleanup and work inspection at the end of the job. Immediately had to call them back out to seal portions of the roof after some rain and still finding debris and full roles of nails left behind by the crew.

The roof is good. About 1500 sq ft done in 1 day. Had them return to remove more nails and fix the gutter that they bent. Local (Houston) customer service good - their California cust serv could use some manners.

Within a month of the roof installation it leaked after it rained and the roofers had to come back and fix it.

Project manager should have been here to look over their installation crew. I shouldn't have to clean up after them selves. They did not take their trash out. I had to get on them to clean up but they only half did it. They did send out a clean up crew because the installation made such a mess in garage. They made interior tiles in the garage fall down because of their hammering and they need to comeback and reinstall tiles and drywall to protect my garage interior. They wanted to do a project for my daughter and I told her not to use them.
