Good workmanship

Do not use this company. After taking more time then was promised and charging us too much for the roof first good rain we had roof leaked onto my fan and stove top. I had to buy both. They would only reimburse me half. They said they came out and resealed the area Now today, 7 months later, rained hard, leaked in the same area, onto my new stove top and fan. The worst company i have ever had to deal with. I dont want anyone else to get ripped off like i did.

Facts: Nothing was as advertised. Very manipulative pitch. When financing they will see how much your approved for before giving you an estimate. Job clean up TERRIBLE. No communication with PM or company. My project took 3+weeks. Please please consider another contractor. Reliable roofing is all about getting you to sign the dotted line. Getting your roof done shouldnt feel like buying a new car then receiving a lemon.

I feel like I was taken advantage of I am an above-the-knee amputee and was took for 51,000.

They are crooks!

Overpriced !!! Hire somebody else you will save almost 50% of their price, they will push you hard into signing a contract check all the reviews first, they will tell you that they have a crew working near you and if you sign right away they will save you a lot of money on fees, many lies.

They were very transparent and uo front with me with was was needed and the best way to make it happen. Our project manager always called to check on the project and answered all our questions. they cleaned up the area and returned to take care of lose ends

Delays, miscommunication, lack of on-site supervision, and missing inspection appointments made for a bad experience considering the high price paid for this project. A 15% discount that home advisor sent to be applied following my first purchase was not honored. I was truly frustrated and disappointed.

STOP!!! Please read reviews before you proceed, I do not recommend! Overpriced, please if you do hire, pay attention and ask lots of questions, also their workers are not even employed by Reliable Roofing, they are contractors! Which means there?s no communication between the sales guy and workers! Not well organized! It took 5 weeks for a simple 20x20 garage roof and applied sealer to 600 square foot flat roof, they worked one day a week practically, I was never notified when they would be showing up, I was willing to pay the 8 thousand they wanted, but not, after all, they put me through! I was left with electrical that was cut during one of there repairs, stucco had to be repaired after they repaired rafters, they replaced and never came back to finish there work!

Do not be fooled by this company smooth sales pitch and high pressure to sign the contract **before it is too late**. Jack, the person that came to do the estimate and my main contact during the job, rarely showed up at the time he said he would, if at all. He would go weeks without any contact with me after I signed the contract. He told me the job would take max 4 weeks but should be done in 2. The job took over 3 months to finish. There was a lot of damage to my property and trash left behind. When did I complain I was told it **was not reasonable to expect** all the trash to be picked up. When they did not do some of the work that was specifically outlined on the contract I was told again it **was not reasonable to expect** that to be done as it was too much work. Jack also directly lied to me and hung up on me on multiple occasions. I escalated my issues to Jack supervisor, David, who did nothing. I further escalated my concerns to Vic the regional manager, none of my questions we addressed I was just told I could have a walk through with someone from their quality department when the job was finished. I took a month for them to send someone out once they claimed to be done with the job. Please do not hire this company. You WILL regret it.

We have a rambling ranch house of 3800 sq.ft. built in 1948 with a double wood-shake roof, the second added in the late 1970s. Also a guest house of 1500 sq.ft. with the same. Removal of these roofs was a HUGE project. The new roofs look much better than I would have expected. The crew used by Reliable does outstanding work. There were unexpected difficulties encountered along the way; for example, raccoons had damaged the air duct work in the house with accompanying asbestos problems. Reliable efficiently dealt with all of these problems. Berj supervised the work and we couldn't be more pleased with everything. We chose the right company when we decided to go with Reliable.

The only thing I can say is that from my experience to roofing is the best decision for us
