I had actually called another company the night of the flood, ESR, and without going into detail, I wish I had Googled them first. I will be leaving a review for them once I am free and clear of them and they have been paid by my insurance. Regent did everything that ESR SHOULD have done but didn't, with twice the technicians, at almost half the cost. I am just glad I found out about ESR before I used their "contractor" and got in deeper with them. Regent is licensed in California, ESR is not. Sadly, when it's 9:00 at night and you have a flooded bathroom and hallway, you don't stop to look someone up on the computer. ESR was recommended by the plumber I called, Lloyd's. I found out later that they get a kickback from ESR. Unfortunately, ESR stays in business because people call them during emergencies and don't have the time to check them out first. I'll certainly tell everyone I know to avoid ESR like the plague and call Regent if the have a water emergency.

"We have to be very careful cleaning grout because it can easily chip away depending on previous maintenance. If that happens it can create bigger issues. We don't want to be overly aggressive with the products used or elbow grease because it will break apart. We would have been more than happy to come back and clean it again if we received a call to do so. If it still didn't clean we would have discounted the price. Please understand for 25 years we have always stood by our work but unfortunately cannot perform miracles on certain situations but always do our best. We appreciate your business!"
"We apologize for the mis- communication on which furniture to move, which would have been rectified with a phone call, but i am pleased that we arrived on time and that your carpet cleaned well. Even with a larger area that was originally mentioned on the phone we still charged you $15 below our minimum. We DO NOT run a bait and switch company and never have, as our other reviews will verify, but when you charge by square foot and customers give you the wrong footage or room sizes on the phone the estimates can be off a bit. Thank you."
