Kevin is highly knowledgeable and professional. Cleaned out a faulty stove burner and examined our clothes washer - which didn't end up needing service, both at no extra cost despite the time he put into them, and then promptly completed the repairs and installment when the parts arrived.

They were great. I called them in the morning and after a few hours they were here. They did a great job, prices were reasonable and they were very professional. They gave me a 3 months warranty for their work. Highly recommended.

It didn't go well! I cannot recommend this company to anyone as when it came time to do what was agreed upon, they denied ever having agreed to do it in the first place and then resorted to claiming that I must've talked to someone else because they would never have agreed to check an air conditioning unit. Very frustrating people to deal with...

Kevin arrived on time, diagnosed the problem & gave me alternatives. The refrigerator is 20 years old. . .he bought me time to be able to shop around and get a better deal on a new one. He was in & out in about 30 minutes. I will definitely use Prime Star again!
