It’s sometimes hard to deal with people who don’t speak English. My daughter kept them on their toes. If you don’t have someone that really knows the ins and outs of the business you might not get the result that you want. But with my daughter we got pretty much the result we wanted. The fellow that was in charge of the rebuild had to be pushed to do right thing.
