The installation of the GFI involved digging up concrete. We had other work going on in our backyard at the time. Poolmaster worked well with the other contractor to come out with a plan to incorporate the design for the backyard space that covered the dug up concrete area in a way that complimented the other work we were having done. Poolmaster also coordinated their work so that it did not interfere with the other contractor.

Scott, who is the owner, is very responsive. They do have different pool guys that come out but I keep them because Scott is very responsive. I recently had a leak and Scott came out and he is always right there helping me. They are reasonably priced as well. I have had to call them a couple times when they forgot to vacuum or left a lot of debris in the pool. They are always good about taking care of it or talking to the pool guys to make sure it doesn't happened again. The point it Scott is very good about overseeing everything.
