Plug It In Solar

This company was fantastic. I obtained 4 estimates and did a lot of research. Lee made me feel the most comfortable and had the best prices. Once I signed the contract he did everything. All the rebate applications, inspections, etc. When I asked him about getting more solar panels he was super honest and said that though he would love to sell me more panels, he didn't think I would need it as I didn't use a lot of power. I never felt pressured from him and didn't have to deal with the city (Pasadena). The company does not subcontract and being a former electrician, Lee was super knowledgable. Highly recommended.

Everything went extremely well. Lee and his team arrived on the day they indicated and completed the project right on time. The quality of the installation was amazing. Lee took care of every little detail.

My husband was thinking about installing solar panels in our house for quite some time. We got a couple of quotes and after these two guys (Leo and Raffi) from Plug it in Solar came to our house, explained it all very well, gave us a great presentation, we were sold! We had one more company coming after that, but we cancelled it. We felt it that this company was as good as it gets and their price was fair.They told me that solar energy was their specialty, as opposed to some other companies that have a general contractors license, which means that have a lot of other stuff going on as well. Leo was very knowledgeable and a good and patient presenter, he told us all about the solar energy systems and what to expect on every step of the process. And he said that he would be coming to work on the installation along with the crew which I liked a lot and he did! A lot of times the sales person comes, promises something but it's never around when the installation actually happens and things get done different. But this was not the case! Leo was there every time and the whole process went very smoothly.

Raffi was very professional. He answered all my questions, provided written estimates and he was able to install it before the end of the year as I requested. Timing was very important to me and they only had about one month left before the end of the year to start and complete the job. They were able finish in record time as they promised.

It went great, the were very clean and very punctual on time of arrival. They finished the job in 3 days which is what I was told. Very happy with the service.

We had been thinking about going solar for a few years and finally decided it was time. Plug it in Solar was comparable in price to other solar companies however the quality of products and the attention to detail goes far above and beyond any of the "name brand" solar companies out there. The process was very smooth from our first conversation with Lee we knew we were in good hands. He explained the entire installation process in detail, described each component of the system and why he installs it the way they do. Since he is an electrical engineer, we knew we were getting accurate information and it was very easy to see his devotion to his work and customer satisfaction. The actual installation was very fast and we couldn't believe how fast LADWP responded and hooked us up to the grid. We had heard horror stories about this process but Plug it in Solar did EVERYTHING! They even filled out and submitted the LADWP rebate for us. The amount of energy we are producing daily is even higher that what we had expected and we couldn't be happier. 1000% recommend to anyone thinking of going solar! The unit was installed in a few hours and the installation of the meter was done by DWP in record time.
