Beware: this company will take your money and not do the service then will refuse to refund. Stay away. I am on the HOA board for a condo building, we contracted with this company to do preventative maintenance for us on our building boiler and tank. We paid up front. The contract we signed called for three visits a year with reports. A year later we had a leak and lost hot water to the whole building for a day. Turned out they had not done any of the visits (which could have caught the issue) and not sent any reports. When we complained about this and demanded a refund they have been completely non-responsive.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD - THEY HELPED US OUT BY REPAIRING THE PROBLEM INSTEAD OF JUST REPLACING THE WATER HEATER -THEY WERE ON TIME FOR THE APPOINTMENT AND VERY PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH.
