Great! Carlos arrived on time and ready to get to work in a professional manner with knowledgeable responses. As the pipes were ran under the concrete when the house was built (whose idea was that!) he suggested I install some shut-off valves at the water heater and outside pipes, which I agreed. However, he was still not able to pin point the leak's location so came back the next morning with high-tech equipment that quickly found the leak. That done, the 'hot' water pipe going to the kitchen was capped and still give me the ability to use hot water to all other appliances and bathrooms. I have yet to complete the call per my schedule, but am extremely happy in the situation I was left as I can easily wash a few dishes before line is rerouted. Thank you Oscar's Plumbing!

We had the water heater put in here and the cleaning of the kitchen was at our old house. It was all good across the board. Timely, quick, knowledgeable, and very reasonable. It's all I used for plumbing.

A diamond earring, large, high quality, and with tremendous sentiment value, fell into my bathroom sink. It was not caught in the trap and I was concerned it was on its way to our septic tank. I reached out through Angie's list for help, contacted highly recommended septic company, and was referred to Oscar's. In under an hour, Oscar had arranged for a technician, a mini camera scope, and had a plan of action to locate and retrieve my earring. He also agreed to travel to my home, outside his normal service area. Before he arrived, the earring was found, lodged in the drain stopper mechanism. He was not upset that I cancelled, after all that prep work, and was just happy that the earring was found. Then he said no charge????? (Yes, I am sending him and his technician, Jonathan, a big tip.) So please reward Oscar for being such a helpful and all around great guy by calling him for your plumbing needs.

Needed emergency service on a Sunday for a clogged drain. Spoke with Carlos who scheduled my repair for later that day. He arrived on time and unclogged my drain. Great experience!

Came on time as promised, found the problem quickly and fixed it. Ended up the previous plumbers used GAS pipe instead of water pipe coming out of the water heater. Very nice and I will use again.

Steve, Ray, and another worker arrived on time and replaced the main house drains according to the promised timeline. Steve told us when the water would be shut off for the work and when we checked with him to see if there was an issue with our leaving for awhile, encouraged us to complete several errands and return in a few hours. When we returned, they were cleaning up and the work was complete. The next day, Steve was here on time to meet with the Los Angeles City inspector who signed off on the permitted work. In preparation for the work, Steve gave me an estimate in advance and his cell phone number, and Jenny in the office was very helpful as well. All questions and concerns were responded to in a timely manner. It was so easy to work with them throughout the project and they did what they said they would do. They came highly recommended to me and I totally agree and would work with them again. They were excellent!

Coincidentally, the same day we discovered a problem we drove past a truck on the freeway for Oscar's Plumbing and Rooter Service, we took down the number and gave them a call on Monday. My wife spoke with Oscar about what seemed to be the issue, he was very clear and informative. They were willing to come out that same day but, nobody would be home so an appointment was scheduled for the next morning.
They thoroughly checked the entire house and the simple rooting issue we thought we had turned out to be a partial main drain replacement. The gentlemen that came out, Steve and Gil, were also very clear and detailed about what they'd be doing, what they found, and the expense. My wife wasn't home, so after explaining everything me, Steve also got on the phone with my wife and re-explained everything to her and answered all of her questions.
It was a two day job, all the prep work was done the first day and when I came home in the evening was pleased to see how
orderly and clean the work was being done. Tarps were laid out below the piles of dirt, the deep holes were covered so nobody would fall in, a bright orange cone was set out, and all of t he potted plants had been neatly moved. And, our trash bins had been brought in!
My wife met with them at the end of the second day. Steve showed her the various things he'd done, re-explained it all, and answered some more questions. Everything had been put back in place. They were honest and upfront, respectful, informative, orderly, and thorough. We'll definitely be keeping their card and calling them for any future needs (which we hope doesn't happen soon) - and asking for Steve.

Called them to replace flushing mechanism in Kohler toilet and washers
in a shower to stop a drip. These are basic plumbing tasks, right?
When they left we discovered the toilet barely flushed and the flow in the shower was now about 50% of what it had been.
We
called them next day and got a prompt response. At first the plumber
said he couldn't do anything about the shower, then my husband insisted
he take off the shower head, which he did, and that was repaired.
However he left us with a toilet that still requires you jiggle the handle or it will flow on and on.
Find another plumber!

Oscar was a pleasure to work with. He had a pleasant personality and patiently diagnosed my sewer problems and came up with creative solutions to my water needs as well as freely offering advice on all my water and plumbing issues. His work looks great. His workers were very good and pleasant to work with. They would freely answer any questions I had. I would not hesitate in calling him again and give him my highest recommendation for any plumbing work.

They returned the call promptly even though it was a Saturday evening problem. Said they'd come out after next call (in about 2 hours). Actually came out in about 1.5 hours. Helpful in explaining things to us when they arrived.

They did a great job on what drains they could clear. There are a few problematic drains that didn't get addressed, but we talked through the options. When I figure out how I want to proceed, I will call them.

I called them for an estimate to upgrade and repair my kitchen plumbing. Actually walked into their office as I live near by. Oscar the owner was very nice. I needed a new loop vent for my kitchen sink and some new connections for a dishwasher and water valve for fridge. The sink pipe was backed up. Bill came to my house. He snaked the kitchen sink pipe for me and unclogged the backup. My water heater was also leaking water out of the safety valve constantly. He said I needed a new regulator and relief valve. He replaced that. He did not give me a price for the snaking before he did it and I thought he was snaking it as a courtesy as I wanted an estimate for the complete repair. Then after he snaked it for 10 min. said it would be $45. Then told me I needed a new regulator and relief valve and it would be $220. I told him that I would have appreciated knowing the price for snaking the sink beforehand as I would have held off until the actual repair (this was the pipe that needed a loop vent). He waived the $45 for snaking which was nice of him, and I agreed to get the regulator and relief valve for $220. Thought it was a lot of money though considering the pieces cost about $50 and it took him 10 minutes to put on. Had some buyers remorse, but still asked them for an estimate for the rest of my kitchen upgrade. After a few days of not hearing from them about the estimate, called them again. I think I called them 2-3 times, spoke with Bill again and still never heard back about an estimate. Now I'm getting the repairs by some guys a friend referred me to. Would have appreciated an estimate, but I guess it was not a job they wanted to take on.
