Needed emergency service on a Sunday for a clogged drain. Spoke with Carlos who scheduled my repair for later that day. He arrived on time and unclogged my drain. Great experience!
They thoroughly checked the entire house and the simple rooting issue we thought we had turned out to be a partial main drain replacement. The gentlemen that came out, Steve and Gil, were also very clear and detailed about what they'd be doing, what they found, and the expense. My wife wasn't home, so after explaining everything me, Steve also got on the phone with my wife and re-explained everything to her and answered all of her questions.
It was a two day job, all the prep work was done the first day and when I came home in the evening was pleased to see how
orderly and clean the work was being done. Tarps were laid out below the piles of dirt, the deep holes were covered so nobody would fall in, a bright orange cone was set out, and all of t he potted plants had been neatly moved. And, our trash bins had been brought in!
My wife met with them at the end of the second day. Steve showed her the various things he'd done, re-explained it all, and answered some more questions. Everything had been put back in place. They were honest and upfront, respectful, informative, orderly, and thorough. We'll definitely be keeping their card and calling them for any future needs (which we hope doesn't happen soon) - and asking for Steve.

When they left we discovered the toilet barely flushed and the flow in the shower was now about 50% of what it had been.
We
called them next day and got a prompt response. At first the plumber
said he couldn't do anything about the shower, then my husband insisted
he take off the shower head, which he did, and that was repaired.
However he left us with a toilet that still requires you jiggle the handle or it will flow on and on.
Find another plumber!
