The first car I bought from Miller Infiniti was a new 93 Infiniti G20. I owned it for 16 years and it was still on the road the last time I checked. Miller was the only one to service it except for one time in Marin County. When I got the car I received the deal of a lifetime: free oil changes for life. They never went back on the deal. I always got a free loaner when I needed it, and the same treatment as if I was paying. Now, I have my second car with them, an 09 Infiniti G37. The free oil changes are gone and the service is a bit less personal, but they still do a good job. Last winter I got stuck outside Big Pine, CA in the dark, in freezing weather. I got the car towed to them and they took care of things quickly. My only complaint would be with the car itself. Unlike my G20 which was like a luxury VW in terms of reliability, the G37 is quirky. For all the lights and bells and whistles on the dash, there is no indicator light for and quot;total computer failure.and quot; This problem results in your car coming to a DEAD stop. Not cool. But, Miller reset the computer for free, something I think is actually pretty expensive to do. I think it was under warranty.

I bought my G35 in 2003 and still have it 7 years later. I've used only Miller Infinity to service the car. I had a great service representative, John Flanagan, for 7 years, until the last time I went in for service and learned that John had left Miller. I was disappointed, but pleasantly surprised to learn that the new rep was also excellent. I've had nothing but good experiences with this company. From the day I bought my car until now. There have only been a couple of emergencies and they've always come through quickly and efficiently. The best part is they always give me a loaner. Their loaners have, in the past, always been G35s, although recently I got a G37. The excellent service, coupled with the loaners, have me hooked. I cannot imagine buying from anyone else. I highly recommend them.

Our previous service company went out of business. There is no Infiniti dealer with twenty miles from where we stay. So, we called around for a dealer. I finally found Miller Infiniti. He picked the vehicle, serviced it and brought it back. He normally leaves us a loaner car, in case we have to leave our house. They have been extremely good in terms of service. We had found them by accident. They are about twenty miles from our house. Since the car is still under warranty, we take it to them for warranty services. We don’t have to pay for any of the services covered under the warranty. Other wise, they come by and pick it up for regular lubrication. We’ll continue using their services.

They are very efficient. I used the same service guy all the time. He took care of me very well. I had a program that I bought when I bought the car that covered oil changes and such, which kept me coming back. I have since gotten rid of that car, but I would still use their services. Rick Robinson was the service manager and he was the main reason that I kept going back.

They do an excellent job. The customer service is excellent. They have always followed through and did what they said they would do. You can talk directly with the service manager. They have a list of what has been done on the car previously and can tell you what you need.

I am very satisfied with the quality of service that they provide. They are always prompt and very polite. They are very customer service conscientious. They are also accommodating and really have been a joy to deal with. I think their prices are very reasonable too.
