She was great at first.  Used a Groupon.  Then, right before Christmas, I got a card in the mail from her.  That inspired me to use her again.  She was amazing.  Used her every other week for months.  She had another employee who came once or twice.  She wasn't as good, but not bad.  One day, Karen (the owner) said she was thinking of moving to Mississippi or Alabama (can't remember which one) to be with her boyfriend.  She said it wouldn't happen for a while.  Then, I called to change our appointment one day and she didn't call back.  I texted several times with no response.  She disappeared, never to be heard from again.
