Jose Herrera of Air Tech HVAC replaced a furnace in Dec 2021. It stopped working in under 2 years. The warranty on the contract is 5 years labor, 5 years parts, 20 years on heat exchanger. I contacted Jose for the repair. After multiple calls and texts, he said he was out of the country for the month. When he returned, he attempted to repair the furnace. When he was unable to after a few more weeks, he replaced the furnace. He was not able to get the new furnace to work due to overheating. I consulted 2 other HVAC companies who both told me the Goodman 3 ton, 60,000 BTU unit was too large for the 650 sq. ft home. They both stated that a less powerful, smaller unit should have been used for the small, 5 duct home. Jose had attempted to lower the gas pressure and raise the fan level as much as possible, but it continued to overheat. Now, I've texted him 3 times over the last few months. He says he'll call me shortly, but does not. At this point, I'll have to pay another company to replace the furnace. Adding more ducts to the tiny house would be too much heat and vents for the small space. The replacement estimate have from one company was $5,500. Further, I looked up Jose's contractors license 1034086. It expired last year and was not renewed.

I talked to them on the phone. I liked what he said. Technician came to the house. He inspected the system. He made recommendations which I agreed with. They gave a good reasonable bid. We awarded them the contract. In two days they performed all the work that was proposed. System was up and running. The system works great. I strongly recommend this company.

The technician designed and executed an awesome central a/c & heat solution for an older home with a uniquely, problematic, design situation. He immediately got to work solving the design challenge this job presented. Instead of telling me how impossible it was to have what I wanted (like all the other companies did), he told me how he could resolve the problems and give me exactly what I wanted. He and his team finished on time, were polite, clean, and knowledgeable. Very trust worthy. I plan to hire them again for 3 more properties. I found them to be reasonable and sincere, which seems to be rare. I highly recommend them. Ask for Martin. He's AMAZING!!!!

We obtained several offers for our AC replacement and Air Tech was one of the lower priced options. The technicians were flexible with our schedule which was very much appreciated. The newly installed unit is working perfectly and keeping us cool without the crazy electric bill costs.

From the initial call, the estimate, and the work. They were professional all the way. Friendly and quick. We had a air/heating system Installed and although there were a few bumps along the way, not their fault. They fixed them immediately and itâ s a great system. Beat the others in price and from estimate to conpletition was within a week and a half. Josh was great!!

I contacted the company and they responded to me right away. Josh came by and they let me know he was 15 minutes away, which helped a lot. Josh was professional, nice and assessed the issue and quoted me. Once we agreed he went to work immediately and worked until the issue was fixed. He explained what he was doing and gave me a few tips. Would definitely hire again. Five stats.

I hired this company because it is family owned, they clearly knew what they were doing, and their fees were reasonable. They replaced our entire HVAC system that was about 25 years old. The guys who worked on the project were wonderful. I had been told the project would take 2 - 2 1/2 days. Josh and Miguel stayed till after 10:00 p.m. to finish it on the second day -I couldn't believe - and they were professional, patient, and kind right up until they left! That night we had a wonderfully, cold house. It was so nice to have "old fashioned" - meaning reliable, trustworthy, terrific service! Can't recommend enough!!

Our AC went out on Sunday over Labor Day weekend, and it was 112 degrees outside. I called them on Monday, which was a holiday and they were here first thing on Tuesday morning. Josh was able to assess the issue within 15 minutes. He took a bunch of photos and sat down to explain the issue and review our options. Once we agreed to the repairs, he began work immediately. They even had someone else deliver the necessary parts. The whole process took 3 hours and we are already cooking off. This is a great company and Josh is a great tech.

Honest, friendly, fair priced, and professional. These guys are clear experts in HVAC installation. I interviewed several other high volume HVAC installers in the area and they couldn't compare with the service and expertise Air Tech provided.
