Jet Lines Moving & Storage

I went out to numerous moving companies to get my piano moved from LA to Colorado. They all came in in the $1100 range except Jetlines, which said they would do it for $720. It ended up costing almost $1400 for several reasons: 1) the secretary, Esther, failed to put our agreed upon delivery date on my paperwork, TAG HER FOR $125 more; 2) Esther assurred me that they movers would wrap the piano and charge only for the wrapping materials and her estimate was $100 extra. Two cardboard boxes and 50 feet of shrink wrap apparently are gold plated, TAG HER FOR $475 more; 3) Tack on a fuel surcharge (which I understand but that needed to be in the estimate) TAG HER FOR ANOTHER $65. Jetline never informed me of the balance due until the moving truck was literally at the door and they effectively held it hostage until I paid up. Subsequent phone calls have produced no effective results. Don't trust these people!
