Happy to report no problems.  The general contractor was always available & responsive.  He made sure work was done to my satisfaction (& very friendly person).  Very professional workers.  This co. worked hard to make sure I was happy w/the job done.  They did quality work.  They even did excellent job cleaning up @ the end.   I would recommend them to others.

I think he was using a blower to try to blow the stuff off the roof onto the ground below. Instead of gathering it up, he decided to blow it off. In the process, he blew a lot of it into my house. I can see no reason to use a blower on my roof. He blew all of the dirt into my kitchen. It is in every crevice of every appliance, in the salt bowl, with the lid on it. It is that bad.

The engineer that came yesterday told me they did the wrong diagnosis and the wrong fix.
