Not good. I would not recommend this company nor would I use them again. They came highly recommended by my insurance agent, but were very disappointing. The subcontractor they hired to do the bulk of the work was much more professional and communicative, although we had issues with that company also. I cannot comment on the cost, because I don't have anything to compare it to. Jason Construction was hired in October, 2004 to do this work and it did not begin until December, 2005. The estimated work time was 10 days; we got inspector sign off in early February, 2006. Jason Construction neglected to clean up after the job. Perhaps this was the wrong type of project for them to handle, but if so, they should have declined the work instead of taking 15 months to begin. Other than the lack of clean up, the slowness, and the bad communication, the actual work performed was good.

AS A REALTOR I HAVE HAD EXPERIENCES WITH SEVERAL CONTRACTORS FOR MY CLIENTS OVER THE YEARS. THEY CAME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND LIVED UP TO THEIR HIGH RECOMMENDATIONS.
