We ordered our sofa on May 5th at the showroom. They are very nice there. We were initially told 8-10 weeks. By the 9th week I called to see what the status was and was informed that the original fabric we ordered was now back ordered. We then picked out another fabric and the sofa took 3 more weeks to be delivered. Upon delivery, it was discovered that two of the sectional legs had not been attached and needed to be fixed. I have left three messages on their customer service line (which is never answered by a live person) and have still not received a call back. I will never order anything from them ever again.
