Horizon Home Improvements, Inc. does quality work, but is in the business of taking the money (nearly $12,000 in my case) and running, rather than satisfying customer needs. Since windows are a once-every-twenty-years project, Horizon can do this with little repercussions. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend against contracting with Horizon. There are plenty of window companies to choose from. Not Horizon.

Best estimate, installation was fast,workmen neat and high quality product, with 10 year warranty. Good clean-up.
