Everything was great. Adi Aiish was so professional and a pleasure to work with. He always kept his word and finished work on time as promised.

It was a smooth process. Great communication. Due to significant water damage incurred by our windows and doors during last year's heavy rainfall. The communication and work throughout the entire process was impressive. Adi always kept us informed every step of the way, providing updates on the progress and timelines. Ground Up Builders was transparent and dedicated to keeping us in the loop with constant group chats and conversations. We knew upfront the cost of the scope of the job. I was also impressed by the entire team at Ground Up. They approached the water damage with a thorough understanding of the issues, and their work was nothing short of top-notch. The workers coming and going in our house .. always were professional and always cleaned up after they finished their work. In addition, what stood out most was the seamless coordination within their team. Each member played a crucial role, contributing to a smooth and efficient resolution of our problem. I recently contracted Ground Up Builders to resurface and retile my aging roof. The company - Adi Aiish in particular - went above and beyond in ensuring the job was done diligently and professionally. The quality of was excellent, so much so that we brought Adi back out to work on our kitchen. Adi was responsive, communicative, and catered to our exact needs. Would highly recommend their services and will absolutely have them back again to work on our upcoming projects!

Ground Up Builders provided professional great looking results with my roof install and repair. The work was done on time, and they did great with clean up. Stupendous work. Uzi and the rest of his team at Ground Up are professional, punctual, and completed the work ahead of schedule! Ruben, Byron, and Axel did a great job assessing the task: relocation of the washer+dryer inside our home. Running new electric and water lines, as well as making space for the unit by removing incorrectly installed shelving. They kept the house and their work area immaculate, updated us as needed, and were a pleasure to have in our home. Will definitely be hiring Ground Up for years to come! ❤️

My kitchen is beautiful. I had an abstract idea of what I wanted done, but Uzi and his team made my idea much better than my own. I had a small kitchen and a very small dining room combined to make a large kitchen with room for everything. Uzi’s team members are all so good. They are friendly and extremely well qualified. Mary Martin is so helpful keeping us apprised of what is happening at every step. I cannot recommend this team highly enough. I have never worked with such an amazing team who gave me the kitchen of my dreams

The roofing workers came and checked out as much of the finished roof as possible. They took a video and photographs to better examine the roof. A few days later Uzi emailed me a report and photographs of which we used to have our contractor return to fix the problems Uzi's company found. I wish I would have hired Uzi's company to do our roof. He would have done a better job, at a fairer price. He always returns phone calls and is always willing to explain procedures and answer questions.

I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves on how impressed I have been with the results of my back yard. It was a pleasure to work with field manager Adi Aiish, who when we started this project held true to his promise to come back and fix any issues that may come up. I highly recommend GUB for two reasons: 1 All construction projects will encounter some unexpected hurdles and issues. I’ve learned this through my experience with GUB and also other companies. But what I am most concerned about is the willingness to resolve the issues. Adi promised me that on day 1 and even after 3 months following the completion of the project, they stood to that 100%. Not only did they own up, but they didn’t make me jump trough loops and hoops to resolve the issues. 2 Communication with Adi was amazing! If you’re like me that you want to stay involved with the project but not want to project manage, then you’ll appreciate Adi’s ability to keep you up to speed every day. At times I would get heated, but Adi was my Zen master through all this. After all is said and done, and having the experiences with GUB (both good and not so good) I would hire Adi and his crew 100% again. I have the backyard I’ve always wanted and thanks to this team, it’s now a reality.

Wonderful. The owner, Uzi, came to our house to tell us all about his company. It was professional, not pushy, and he delivered on all of his promises. Two years later, things are going great.

When my husband and i bought our new house it didnt have solar, we began getting information from many companies, all seemed to have an agenda and pushed leasing heavily (which we didn't want) when Tim Snyder from Ground Up Builders came out he gave us all our options and even explained the differences in inverters and solar panels. He gave us the best info to make the best decision we needed for our family. We ended up with a purchase with a really low interest rate. I would definitely recommend using Ground Up Builders again!

Above and beyond what my expectations were. Saw there reviews on Angie's and had to use them. Adi Aiish was unbelievable, he described and explained every process of the remodel. Amazing communication. Most conpanies don't notify you that's workers will be showing up to your house. They were amazing, I would highly recommend them and will use them again.

Tim Snyder from Ground Up Builders was able to meet with me around my busy schedule and answered my questions with professionalism and accuracy. I was amazed by how quick my roof was completed. The outcome was fabulous!

We had our solar project done by Ground Up Builders. Gregg Ledergerber, the sales rep., was easy to work with, explained the advantages and disadvantages of the different solar panel systems several times to me with very little sales pressure. He was there for the entire process, and he continues to stay in contact with us to make sure all is working properly. Additionally his work crew were prompt and very helpful. Completed the job in a few days. They installed on the metal roof of my workshop building which other companies stated that it could not be done. My bill went from an average of $400 to $22 a month which is the meter fee from PG&E. I have had absolutely no electric usage charge. I would recommend this company for all your solar needs. Tal took me personally to see some projects that were being build and some others that were finished. That totally sealed the deal. Tal was very knowledgable, had great ideas and suggestions that other companies had previously missed. The price was very fair for the amount of work needed. We remodeled the kitchen and bathrooms to a modern clean style exactly the way I had wanted. There was great communication with the team that executed the job. Their office was available and on call 24/7 if I had any questions. Tal supervised the job himself. Great professionalism, on time, with uniforms, every day after the work was done the team cleaned my house. When the project was completed it was not visible that anything was done there but house looked brand new :) I look forward to working with Ground up builders

The work was completed was excellent. The roof work, and fascia boards which were also replaced look fabulous. We managed to book the job during what we thought would be dry and sunny patch during the February rain onslaught and luck being what it was the forecast changed to rain. The Ground Up Builders team came in and worked long days, hours and weekends to ensure that the roof was covered and in an acceptable condition for when the rain did inevitably come. The end produce is beautiful, and we were extremely satisfied with the work product and the professionalism which Tal and Ground Up Builders had at every step.

This was by far the easiest renovation we've ever done !! Tim at ground up was amazing! Next project we do to our home will be done by the professionals at ground up !!
