When I started thinking about remodeling my condo's bathroom and kitchen, I went through home advisor website. I received multiple calls and visits from contractors who promised to come back to me with a quote. Green Universe was the only one that actually followed through with a reasonable quote that met my expectation both on the cost and timeline. Ozzie was very flexible with my schedule and accommodated last minute changes. I ended up adding additional work and Ozzie and his team were able to accommodate the changes without significant impact to the schedule. The work was done on time and when we did the walkthrough with Ozzie there were no punch list items. Overall Green Universe did an incredible job with my project and I am extremely happy with the outcome. Ozzie is quick to respond to text messages and phone calls and throughout the process gave me regular updates. I highly recommend Green Universe if you're thinking about a remodeling project, big or small.

Green Universe added a new master bedroom in my house, complete with a full bathroom, and new copper piping for the kitchen as well. All of the work including the inspections, went through smoothly and on schedule. Ozzie is a charm and is fun to work with, always comes up with great ideas for functionality and design. Absolutely trustworthy

I called Ozzie to do all the work at our new house because we knew we could trust him to do what he said and do an excellent job at a fair price. We first selected Ozzie from a group of potential contractors we had vetted as being the most reliable based on the reviews. We started with a complete kitchen remodel with custom cabinets which was $60,000. After that first remodel, we knew we had found a contractor we could trust. He did what he said, when he said and he did it right. Ozzie was always reachable by phone/text/email and he was responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. And if problems occurred (remodeling always has surprises) Ozzie saw to it that things were done right and didn't add a penny to our contract price. The only thing that cost more of course was when WE made changes. Over the next few years, we ended up remodeling all the bathrooms, putting new wood floors, rewiring the entire house (it had very old cloth insulated wires), a new roof, adding a bathroom including walk in closets. So when we had to move somewhat unexpectedly from our old house we knew exactly who to call. So far almost all of the planned work inside our new house has been done. The last stage is building the guest house. The guest house has been framed and they are starting plumbing and electrical now. I can update how that goes, but honestly I've already had so much work done by Ozzie that there's no doubt it will all go well.
