I could not have asked for a more positive experience! Jose is responsive, informative, flexible, and a great person! He set our expectations and followed them or reset them, thoroughly answered all of our questions, and communicated through email, phone calls, and text. He not only put us at ease, but also helped us with a Handyman to rebuild, figuring out our 3rd party post test company, and went above and beyond in supplying HEPA Filters and spraying our son's room! I highly recommend using Jose at Green Home Solutions for your mold testing and remediation. Definitely a "cut above!"

Great! We found Green Planet on Angie's List, and we were able to schedule an appointment right away. Nir and his team were fantastic - punctual, thorough, friendly, and know their stuff. Very detailed. I even texted Nir after 9pm one night with a question, and he called me right away. Top notch care during a not-so-pleasant situation of having mold.

EZ was great to work with. He arrived on time, gave a fair quote & the work was done in a very reasonable time. They were even willing to work over the weekend, so as to not affect our employees.

The time and details that were provided to us by Green Planet were amazing. These guys really know their stuff and would have been my top choice for fixing our leaks/modl issues. Unfortunately our landlords did not proceed with fixing our leaks/mold issues and we moved out of the house. If we ever have an issue in the future then I would call Green Planet first!

We had a mold issue at our home. We contacted Green Planet Mold, Ez was very informative and professional, we decided to use them, I must say they were very quick with the remediation and we got a clearance report that toxic mold is gone. I will definitely recommend Ez and Green planet mold.

I came home to a leak in my bathroom that had saturated the ceiling,walls and floor and created a real mess. I called Green Planet Mold who arrived next day and ready to help. They assessed the situation and walked me through the entire process from the initial clean up and treatment to how they would work directly with my insurance company to handle billing. Great team to work with! when I found out I had mold, I needed someone who can give me an estimate and start the removal asap since i have a new born at home. Johnny and his crew did a phenomenal job in remediating the mold that was in our kitchen that also traveled along the dining and family/living room walls. He and his crew were very thorough and worked in the most professional manner. He was honest and true with the work that he had to perform in order to get our home back to a safe and healthy environment for my family to live in. It only took one week to remediate and they scrubbed and cleaned not only the affected area but all the areas outside the containment, in each room. I had an inspection done by a mold inspector and the report stated that we had mold in our garage. I used Green Planet to remove the mold, they provided me with a proposal, fair price and scheduled the work to start only days after. E.Z is very knowledgeable and very easy to communicate with. As i noticed black spots at our guest room closet, i called two companies to get their opinion of what is going on in my house and to see if it is actually mold. The first company cancelled the appointment so i decided to go with Green Planet mold that showed up at time, provided me with a report two days after and started the work four days after the first visit my house. When I bought a new property, I didn't know it had mold. I called a remodeling company to estimate the cost of the renovation and the told me I had mold and recommended green planet mold. I called them and had an appointment scheduled to inspect my property two days after I called them. They were professional, fast and finished the mold removal in a week. Green planet provided me with an inspection report before they quote me for the mold removal which the other company did not and thats why i decided to use them. Two days after I received the report the process of the mold removal started. After a week my bathroom was mold free and inspected by a mold inspector to assure the results. I used this company because of the price was competitive, and E.Z suggested a mold test before he even started the whole process just to make sure I need it. He came over for an estimate, a day after i received the estimate and 3 days after they started the restoration process which took few days. The final test showed that my house is mold free! thank you guys. I highly recommend!

We have a roof leak that caused as of yet an unknown amount of mold in our living room walls. I had a few back-and-forth communications with this company through Angie's list, took off work on the day (a week in the future) they said they could schedule an appointment , then heard nothing else. No appointment time, no phone call. I emailed 2 more times with no response.

Ez and his company are by far the most professional contractors I have ever hired. I found Ez on Angie's list when I needed someone to remove mold from under our kitchen sink. I was very nervous and a bit freaked out about the mold. Ez made me feel totally comfortable throughout the entire process. His crew was very professional and extremely clean. I felt so comfortable with the quality of work they did that I hired Ez to remodel our kitchen. He didn't try to over sell me on anything…. for example, he told us there was no reason to replace all our cabinets, he said he could paint them and they would look as if they were new. They turned out GORGEOUS!! I have gotten so many compliments on them. I also had them make my kitchen island larger, install new Caesar Stone counter tops and a backsplash, install all new appliances, new molding and paint. The quality of all the work was top notch! I can not say enough how professional Ez was from start to finish. Anytime I needed something or had a question Ez was on it. The BEST customer service by far than any other contractor. Ez made it a fun experience rather than a stressful one! We will definitely be hiring Ez again for any home improvements we will be doing in the future!

they were responsive and showed up on time, and spend about an hour assessing situation. i was promised an email bid the next day, adn it showed up as promised.

A slab and water heater leak created mold that started in my garage and expanded into a bathroom and the neighbor's garage before I discovered it. My HOA hired this outfit to remedy the problems. They were clean and efficient. They sealed off the various areas and worked methodically to test and retest, remove the damaged material, rebuilt the walls, re-textured and perfectly matched the paint for the repainting. They had all the right equipment and explained everything along the way.

They came out very promptly. They were very responsive. We were having a problem which we found might be a mould in the bedroom, but they couldn't tell me if there was one. If we had one, they would know how to clean it up but they don't have a place that does the testing.

Leak from our ceiling from the neighbor above us, we noticed black "tennis balls" on the ceiling, which turned to be mold. I had severe allergic reaction to this mold. We called Green Planet Mold, I liked their name, when EZ came out he was so informative and knew what he was doing and we knew we could trust him. Did all the tests, which came back positive for mold, within a week, he had his crew replacing the drywall, patching, painting, DONE. I was at my parents home and when I went into the master bath noticed that there was this "black stuff" on the wall by the toilet and next to the vanity and asked my parents about it, they really hadn't noticed it, so right away I started looking for a company to come out and I called Green Planet Mold and they said they could come and give my parents a free estimate the next day, so I decided to be there too. EZ and Jonathan both came out (the owners) and did some tests and it came back toxic mold, we hired them right away and in 4 days we got the clearance report and because they were so great with everything they did my parents decided to hire them to remodel the master bathroom and it looks so good, we were so impressed with how professional and neat they were, thank you guys so much for helping my parents, I truly appreciate it.

We decided that we really wanted to remodel our kitchen, it was outdated, so when we discovered that one of the walls were cold and damp, this is before we called a contractor or anyone, so after doing research, we called Green Planet Mold and they came out that day and discovered we had a leak in one of the waters lines in the kitchen wall underneath our sink, and water damage, and all I can say is THANK YOU, we had it all repaired and fixed by the weekend! I will stand by Green Planet Mold, always, they were so professional and helpful!

Of course everything had to happen before the holidays! Family coming in from out of the country, and we had a huge water leak in the wall of our kitchen/laundry room, so I looked for a company that could get this "problem" done within 2 weeks, when I called a couple of companies, they laughed, but I was determined to find someone, my wife and I didn't want to spend the holidays in a hotel, so I found Green Planet Mold, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! EZ, was the most wonderful, professional man, hands down, when he came to give us a free estimate, and I asked him if it could be done in 2 weeks, he said "No Problem" and I kid you not, the next day EZ was there with his crew and all I can say is WOW!! No more water leaks, no more mold (didn't even realize we had some) and a new kitchen and laundry room that are so custom and beautiful and all done by December 22 2013!
