David is as good as it gets for foundation work. They did a fantastic job on my foundation/underpinning and made it through the city inspections with no complications. I d hire them again in a heartbeat. Nice people from the field to the accounting department.

David came to my house exactly on time. He brought with him 2 of his workers for the inspection as well. I expected that, no matter what, they'd find something wrong that needed costly fixing. But they were super honest and, after taking a look, told me that I only needed very minimal work and that overall my foundation was fine. Thank you David for your honesty!!

Excellent work! After getting 5 estimates from different companies Golden Retrofit blew the others away in every aspect. I highly recommend them. I dealt with Tom and he was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I really liked his attitude and he gave me a very fair estimate. A few weeks ago, I noticed that there were uneven parts around my house and some cracks in my walls and ceiling, it didnt seem normal. From the beginning it was clear that David was a great guy to work with. This is a person who clearly takes tremendous pride in his work and company - not the type of person to just call it in or cash a check and check out. He was the most responsive, knowledgeable and accommodating.

Due to the age of our home, it was recommended to us to do an earthquake retrofit. We called a few different companies to check out our foundation Most companies tried to up sell us and it was extremely disappointing. My husband and I are currently supporting our children and grandchildren so we decided to keep looking and hope for a better estimate. Tom came to our property and gave us the best deal. He was kind and professional and reassured us about our decision. I felt safe with this choice and I recommend this company to anyone who is looking to repair their foundation. Eldar did my inspection and gave me a detailed report with photos explaining everything that needed to be done. He called to make sure I got it and understood everything. He was patient, professional, friendly and overall a pleasure to work with. Also provided me with after pictures to show the work that they had done.

Great company to work with. David is very professional. The work was finished in a timely manner. David did a final inspection to assure the job was done properly and he was on top of everything from start to completion.
