I am happy with them. I will recommend and continue to use them, again.

It took much longer than my previous visits.  However, my frustration from the wait quickly dissipated as I drove home since the car runs like new.  Chris Archer provides great service and is very responsive and attentive.  He takes the time to explain the issues.  Also, Galpin has a nice and clean waiting room (unlike other places).

No less than excellent. Tony McGilchrist was absolutely exceptional: He is very knowledgeable about his product,  very personable, and certainly very patient (including he took as much time as was needed to teach me how various components of the car worked), returned my phone calls promptly, and so is about as good an auto sales consultant an auto shopper could find. I feel very sure that I was lucky enough to choose the best Mazda dealership.
Additionally, and importantly, Tony's post-sales service has been great. I highly recommend him. Kudos to him!
BTW, as an added bonus, even the receptionist phone service at Galpin Mazda was friendly and more than
helpful?regardless of what time I called.

waited forever for a service advisor..would not recommend.

We went in on a scheduled appointment.. had to wait a little longer then told I think that is a ploy to get you to eat the little diner.... but they correct the problem and away we went 1 hour and 15 min later..

Ok, so my car is on warranty and the service is covered but I just have to say how pleased I am with Galpin. Complete professionals who know how to treat consumers. Never any problems with service (this is my second car from them). They are prompt, polite and go out of the way to make sure every experience I have there goes smoothly. This goes for every department - the phone operators, the service managers, the car rental desk, everyone. Thank you Galpin!

They are truly the best car dealership I have ever been to after having bought so many cars. They are very honest, very upfront, very customer-oriented, customer-driven, very followup-driven, and very good guarantees and warranties. They're very good. I'm still having service with them. My car's back to them for service right now. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

They give you a loaner when your car is in the shop. They send you home with a nice loaner car. Next thing you know, your car is ready. They have taken care of my car really well. It is not a head ache to go in. They detail it and wash it while it's in their.

They are very good and very professional. I have had a good experience with them. They actually picked me up and brought my car home to me so I did not have to go pick it up.
