Mark was great from the start! He came over for a free estimate and we could tell that he was very professional and polite. He explained to us everything that needed to be done. He did not tell us what we wanted to hear, but rather what we needed to hear - which most contractors don't do these days. He got the job done in a timely manner and the floors look great! I highly recommend Mark to anyone!

The service was impeccable. Most contractors are not true to their word and are late, but Mark was great. Mark was there when he said he would be there, and he was there ON TIME. He answered his phone every single time. I did not get to voicemail once. Any questions or concerns I had, he was always there on the job site to answer them and to make sure everything was going smoothly.
The floors turned out great!!! We are very impressed with the way they turned out and the overall professionalism Mark conveyed. Not to mention, we got the floors for a great price too!!
Highly recommend Mark and his services!!
