Lighting Service
First off, he met me on a Sunday (not a normal workday) to show me samples. Then, after I described the project, he suggested a much better choice than the one I had made by looking in the catalog. We then talked about a custom glaze. We looked at samples, and got an idea of what I wanted. He offered to do a glaze on a tile, and send it to me for my approval before he put it on the sconces. The tile arrived when he said it would, along with a smaller version of my sconce with a slight variation of the glaze (which was a nice, thoughtful surprise). We then picked a glaze, and he gave me an estimated delivery date. He did miss the date by only a few days, but he kept me informed all the way. I LOVE the sconces, and his suggestions not only for the shape and the glaze were terrific. He's got such a wonderful selection of lighting fixtures that I plan on using him for other projects.
