Awful. I was under the impression I was paying $160 for 6 hours, the left shortly after 3. I explained over the phone that I was able to dust and vacuum myself but I needed help cleaning 4 ceiling fans, washing down walls/doors, mopping wood floors and tile floor in den. I offered the appropiate cleaning items but they were refused. They cleaned ONE of FOUR fans. I explained that the tile in the den should be mopped with clear water or with a tiny drop of Dawn in a bucket. This instruction was ignored. After they had left, I noticed a wet spot on the tile in the den--no problem. I took some paper towel to mop it up and when I did so, the towel was BLACK with dirt. Obviously the same bucket of water that had been used thoughout the house (now filthy} was used in the den, dining area and who knows were else. I spent the rest of that day and most of the next day cleaning my floors! Needless to say, I don't recomment Euro Latina Service.

"Hi First I want to refresh your mind if you don't remember .. We were almost 4 hours at your house with two people for the cleaning . Te water has being change many times for your floor. We did include windows cleaning as well ,all furniture has being pulled forward to clean up your dirty house which has not being clean in 3 months with 3 dogs I just want you look what companies charge for cleaning . Only for windows the price in market is $500 hundred dollars it does not include regular cleaning for the rest of the house. I want you know that to pull forward furniture in market has a separate price as well. Also we did not include fans in the agreement ok The one I cleaned was as a courtesy You are such a person want to take advantage from people Good lock Good lock"
