Read the negative reviews!!! They are a money-hungry, con-artist full of good stories family-owned company…. They will make issues so they can return to make additional repairs and charge you thousands of dollars. Call Oscar’s Plumbing or Ninja Plumbers instead . Enterprise will mind-**** you and take your money to fund their family lavish life-style.

Worst company. Do not do business with them EVER. Charged $200 to have them come out and tell me there's a leak inside my stucco, which is what I told them on the phone. They said they would have to get another person to come but they would charge me even more to do so. Really? So what did I pay for? No service was done. Worst business ever.

Went very well.

I called Enterprise this morning and they had someone dispatched to my place in the mid afternoon.  I asked to receive a call prior to them showing up so I could travel from work to home to meet them.  The woman I spoke to on the phone seemed professional and gave me a good first impression of the company.

The guys arrived in a professionally marked van and pulled out some impressive looking equipment which quickly solved my plumbing issues.

The bill charge was 170.00 which was broken down to a 105.00 an hour labor charge and a 65.00 equipment charge.  (I assume they have a 1 hour minimum).

I paid via credit card.

The entire transaction went smoothly, everyone was polite and professional, and I plan on using Enterprise again for any future needs.

The service was excellent. The workers were great. They left the area clean. What stood out the most about the company was how transparent they were and they answered all of my questions. They were very prompt.

We were referred to Enterprise Plumbing by a pool service contractor. We had what
appeared to be a seriously broken underground storm drain running under
our driveway that the contractor said could have been caused by the
Northridge quake. (House was built in 1970 and no work was done at all
since then on the drain other than periodic Roto-Rooter service.
We called them on Wednesday, had a supervisor review the job specs on
Thursday, which included clearing all storm drains on the property (11
in total) and a heavy duty power jet clean-out of the problem drain. The
promised charge was $75 per hour per person plus $340 for the power jet.
The supervisor could not guarantee that the power jet would resolve the
problem as the drain could possibly be broken so badly that it might
need to be replaced.
The guys showed up 2 minutes early on Friday and completed the entire job in
2 hours. It was a big job with a lot of roots and mud to clear but these guys
worked hard and fast. The power jet did the job on the problem drain
with, thank goodness, clear water pouring through at the start of the test.
Bottom line, Enterprise was
responsive, efficient and very reasonably priced. The best part is that
they came in under their estimate. We highly recommend Enterprise
Plumbing as a good firm to use for storm drain service. (Even tough we
had Roto-Rooter do routine clearing annually they never found the broken
pipe that was discovered by the contractor so there's no question. We
will be using Enterprise to do our annual storm drain servicing going
forward. We plan to use them for future plumbing work as well.

I got the estimate from the plumbers on Saturday (April 2, 2011) when they were here to fix my 2 toilets. It was $375 for parts and labor and $46 for the city permit. I scheduled an appointment for Monday, April 4th at 2:00 pm. The plumbers - there were 2 - one was an assistant plumber - estimated that it would take about 2-3 hours to complete the job and also explained that we would not be able to use the gas (hot water, dryer, stove, oven) during the job. They arrived early! About 30 minutes before the appointed time and were ready to get started. And they finished an hour later. The plumbers - both put on booties to cover their shoes - came into the house to check the water heater, gas stove and then showed us how the earthquake valve worked. This is an expensive job, but in California where we are on earthquake alert, well worth the time and money. I am so relieved that I have finally installed the shutoff valve. And so happy that I found a company that's professional and QUICK. If I'd known how easy and quick it was to get done, I would have done it sooner!

Both toilets (upstairs and downstairs) were hissing. I thought it was the fill valve, so I replaced the fill valve on the toilet downstairs successfully. However the next morning it was hissing again. I discovered it was the shutoff valve that was not working. It was Saturday at noon when I called the plumbing company. The answering service took my name and contact number and then listened patiently to my problem. Then quickly contacted the plumber on call to call me back. 10 minutes later the plumber called me and said he would be here in 45 minutes. He actually arrived sooner than that. They came in a team of 2: the plumber and his assistant. They replace the shutoff valves and supply lines of both toilets quickly. The plumber noticed I had bought a new fill valve but I had not installed it yet on the upstairs toilet and asked if I wanted it done. He got that done quickly as well. I also asked for a quote on getting an earthquake shutoff valve for the gas meter. They got me a quote in 15 minutes. It was a Saturday so I was charge time and a half. They came in at 12:15 pm and left at 1:30 pm. They were responsive, quick and professional.
