DMJ design is a full service Architectural design and Space Planning firm servicing the Los Angeles and neighboring cities since 1989.Dalia Ortner Previously known as Dalia Jaeger graduated SCI ARC School of Architecture in Santa Monica in 1982, following her prior Education in Architecture at the Technion in Israel . Her work experience prior to 1989 includes work with various Architects such as :Sam Tolkin, Ellen Christophe,Hak Sik Son,Richard Holme, Frank Ghery, and more. Dalia's Familiarity with building codes, Methods of construction in various locations or physical conditions and industry standards and upgrades leads to a smooth and easy going work experience with her. Her passion to the field of architecture and to working with people makes the process pleasant and enjoyable. DMJ extensive experience includes Residential and Commercial design, Custom and Spec homes and Multifamily residences. Our experience also includes Retail, Restaurant and other food facilities, Office, Manufacturing Warehouse,Space planning, Additions and New construction. DMJ design works with a full range of consultants as necessary for each project and provides coordination with contractors and building department as well. Previous projects in various cities and neighborhoods addressed different planning issues and concerns such as : Mulholland corridor,Los Angeles Historic Preservation, Mulibu and Santa Monica Coastal commission and Planning requirements, Burbank development standards and Hillside Development Permits,Glendale Architectural Review Board, Beverly Hills Planning Requirements and more. This experience is invaluable in serving future clients.

She produces beautiful and detailed architectural
plans and drawings, got approval from the city first time with no change
necessary. She completed for us a very complex remodel plan, adding rooms to a second story house and a low profile roof deck.
