I FELT THAT THE COMPANY COULD HAVE USED A OFFICE SECRETARY OF SOME KIND OF ASSISTANT TO TAKE MESSAGES AND SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS. THE OWNER MADE APPOINTMENTS AND DID NOT SHOW. HE NEEDS TO MEET WITH THE CLIENT AND GUIDE THEM THROUGHOUT THE PURCHASE OF THE GRANITE IF THEY HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF THE PRODUCT. THEY INSTALLED A SINK WITHOUT INSPECTING IT AND IT HAD A MANUFACTURE DEFECT WHICH I NEVER HAD REPLACED.
