We had an amazing experience with Craig and his team. From our first phone call to this day, he has been nothing but super knowledgeable, helpful and wonderful to work with. Not to mention his and his teams’ actual work is absolutely beautiful and sturdy, giving our rundown bathroom a whole new life. I pass his card along to anyone in need of a contractor, no hesitation!

I needed a simple old bathroom remodel and I'm really glad I chose Craig! I was really nervous about the whole thing but his gentle and confident nature made me feel better. There were a few problems here and there that I thought would turn into big $$$$ issues, and maybe with less reputable contractors they would have turned into extra costs, but Craig just smiled and said he'd figure it out and he did! He made sure at the end of every day that I was happy with how things were going and how the crew left the house. I really love my new bathroom and look forward to hiring Craig again in the future. He even came back a few months later to touch up a grout issue!

Renovating your bathroom is no small undertaking. In fact, it can be downright confusing, complicated, stressful and overwhelming… not to mention expensive. That’s why it’s so important you have a contractor who not only knows what they’re doing, but one who values communication- and that’s Craig. We hired Craig to renovate 2 bathrooms in our historic home. After living here for several years, it was time. We recently had a baby and were able to stay with family to avoid the mess and noise of construction - and upon meeting Craig I immediately felt comfortable and knew I could trust him with my home. I’m so glad I trusted my gut- all the positive reviews here are true and then some! Not only does Craig get the job done beautifully, on time and budget- but he truly loves what he does, and that comes through in the work. Though we were out of state for the few weeks the work was done (yes, I said WEEKS- other folks said this job could take up to 2 months, but we were home and showering in our permitted bathrooms in 3 weeks), Craig called and FaceTimed multiple times every day- I never felt as though I was unsure of what was going on with my house or how the project was unfolding. Things went so smoothly I kept finding little jobs his team could do while there- wound up re-tiling our laundry room, getting a new laundry room sink and resurfacing our fireplace. His pricing is more than fair- but what you get with Craig is worth so much more than any money can buy- you get as seamless a process as possible and a job done by someone you can trust to care as much about your home as you do. Not only is everyone impressed with how our bathrooms turned out, (hello precise and perfect tile work), but no one I know who has ever had work done can believe how incredible our relationship with our contractor was. Hire Craig, you won’t regret it.

Craig was great, professional and knowable. I hired him more than once for remodeling my house. He is honest and he loves what he does.

We recently had a few trees removed and unfortunately the main water line was hit during the process creating a large fountain in the front yard. A neighbour recommended Craig and within 10 minutes he was on a doorstep ready to help. He worked quickly and efficiently so everyone could continue working. He could have charged us a very large amount for the emergency service but he did not and we are forever grateful. Since then Craig has done a few smaller jobs around the house such as removing an ancient water softening system, adding a spigot in the back and adjusting the water pressure to our irrigation system. His work is neat and clean, he always wears PPE and is respectful of our space. I would highly recommend working with Craig in any capacity! Thank you!

The job was a bathroom remodel. Craig was transparent as to the work to be done, the time involved to complete the work, the time required to receive permits, and the cost of all work and materials. He worked efficiently, his attention to detail was of a very high standard, his workers were on time and also worked efficiently and cleanly. He put all our fears to rest on the first day. You will not go wrong with Craig. He is great at communicating what he is doing and why. The prices he quoted me for my job were more than fair. He was always on time and did an amazing job cleaning up after himself. He is a true professional who does a great/professional job at a reasonable price. It is rare to find someone who still takes pride in their work, Craig is that guy. I am more than happy and will gladly be calling him again for future work. I will gladly and already have referred him to several friends and family members who were more than happy with him.

He is amazing. He is licensed and bonded. He is reasonably priced. He does a lot of the work himself. He uses some subcontractors for little things but he does the tiles himself which is amazing. He is really good at it. Normally the construction general contractor subs it out. He's a person and he actually owns his company. He's not like a DBA or anything like that and he actually knows what he is doing. He was on time. I would highly recommend him.
