IT IS A MORTGAGE COMPANY, BUT THE PEOPLE ARE VERY NICE IF WE HAVE ANY QUESTIONS. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THEM, AND THEY DO CALL IF THEY ARE MISSING ANYTHING, SO THAT YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE ASSESSED LATE CHARGES.
