I love them.  The price wasn't too much.

While a membership isn't required, I do believe you actually get an additional discount if you are a member. Nevertheless, depending on your insurance, paying the $50 annual Coscto membership fee could actually pay for itself several times over when you find out the price on a single prescription... or when you buy almost anything else in the store (including filling up on gas).
I've saved hundreds and hundreds of dollars at Costco on my medications alone. It mystifies me how these meds could be 2 to 3 times more expensive at CVS, Rite Aide, etc... it's crazy!
Typically I like to call ahead, though, and verify they do have whatever the medication is. Also, this location's pharmacy is open much later than the Burbank Costco, which I also go to sometimes. Wait times are sometimes unpredictable, but you can always get some shopping done while you wait or just have a seat on the bench. FYI, the only credit card they take is Amex. Otherwise it's cash or check. Good luck!

If you damage your lenses within the first year, they replace them for free. They did a very good job. They suggested frames for me and filled my prescription accurately. Their price was much less than other places I priced for what I got.

I have been using the pharmacy there for about 7 years. They are very efficient. You can call in your prescription. Sometimes the wait can be long if there is a line. Their waiting area is inadequate because there are no chairs, but most people shop while they wait for their prescriptions.

We uploaded the pictures to Costco, and went in to pick them up. It was fast, ready when we arrived, and the cheapest "one-hour photo" I found. The quality was pretty good as well, in terms of color, ink, etc.

The optician is a nice guy and the customer service is good and they always help me out. Their selection of glasses is big. I only got my glasses from them once.

The problem is with their lifetime balancing and rotation service. Sure it is included but when you go to the tire store to do it, you can expect to wait for an hour or two. Most tire places do this within 15-30 minutes. If you care about the tires you need to do this every 5K miles so it can be a huge waste of time to do it. Even if you go shopping at Costco while they do the work you end up waiting. This is important for each person to consider. They should offer a faster queue for people that just need the balancing and rotation.

I am very satisfied with the transaction. The sales associate was courteous and knowledgeable of the products he represented; and recommended the best product based on my needs, not just the price. The facility was very busy at the time, so the wait was longer than anticipated. There was a small billing error to correct, and one tire was not held as the spare as requested. This was all corrected when brought to their attention.

ASIDE FROM A MIX UP REGARDING THE PRICE ORIGINALLY QUOTED (BECAUSE THEY HAD TO ORDER THE CORRECT SIZE TIRE BECAUSE THEY DID NOT CARRY THAT SIZE IN STOCK), THERE WERE NO REAL ISSUES.
