CORNERSWEEP

The company failed to show the day of the appointment so I called to learn why & was told car troubles. They showed two days later. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I asked them to be the regular crew for the property. The next appointment they failed to show so I called Kristy Miller the owner who advised me she would investigate & get back to me but I never saw nor heard from them again. Won't use them again.

They did not move the furniture, they did not clean under the one counter I asked they clean, they most certainly did not clean the ceiling fan -- I had to redo the blinds I asked them to clean. Some of the work they did was fine, but they were not thorough. I don't think I should have to follow them around to see that they do what they say they're going to do. I would not hire them again without a good talking to first.

4 people came in with the supervisor. They brought all their supplies, and finished in about 3 hours. The supervisor came in after and had them fix a few things, and I also asked them to do a couple of things over. I was not too happy about the way they did the floors. They used a string mop, and did not change the water. My entire house is tile, so I did not think the floors were cleaned to my standard. Even with that I wanted to schedule a regular cleaning every two weeks, and was told that would be possible. We scheduled for two weeks later, but they never showed up. When I called, we rescheduled for later the same day, and again they never showed up. I left several messages, and none have been returned.
