He is punctual, he is on time and does what he says. If he notices something that I haven't, either I get a phone call or a note. He fixes small items without even bothering. He just makes sure everything is fine. He takes care of the salt system. He is a very good guy to work with. If he wants to add 10 pounds of salt in my pool, then he doesn't charge me extra and as it is included in the price. I trust him enough because he has a key to my backyard. He is regular and comes once a week. He sent me a note stating that every 5 years, the pool need to be drained and need to do some work then refill it; so it's the time to do it. He keeps an eye on the pool and takes care of everything. He has been always responsive to the questions I have. I can't say enough about him. I would not hesitate one moment to recommend him. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.
