It went well.  Chris showed up on time.  We went over the work that needed to be done.  Some of the repairs required a little analysis about ways to fix the problem.  He discussed his approach with us and explained the benefits and potential issues with his approach.  We agreed on how to handle each repair.  He then acquired the materials and worked efficiently, quietly and carefully to get the work done.

After breaking the pieces by trying to do it myself, I called Chris who came and showed me the problems I was having. He sent me to the hardware store with clear instructions or the part I was missing. After replacement parts came in the mail, Chris came back to complete the install.
