Mr. Kay suggested I go for the Intelliflow pump because it would provide a 3 year warranty. After okaying this, Pentair informed me they would have done a 3 year warranty on a lesser model as well. Could not pin him down to an installation time, he just showed up. The new pump was relocated without consulting me, and installed missing an 'o' ring on the heater side, so it leaked. Mr. Kay, unaware I had found the part on the ground, made up another reason it might be leaking, and when he came to repair the leak, never mentioned his oversight. 
 I requested some instruction: about figuring volume of water flowing through the pump, and a number of normal concerns...how fast must the vs run to trigger the heater, how fast for an automatic pool cleaner,etc. My old pump had no panel with multiple choices and complicated settings, so even after reading through the manual which he did not leave for me to peruse, I had a lot of questions. He said he set it for an average installation, and he couldn't imagine what else I needed to know.
Mr. Kay acted as if I was asking for an immense favor for him to give me user information about this new pump., and he had no idea why I had these questions. He asked me not to contact him by email or text, saying he could only deal with questions on the phone.
I asked for the RS-485 cable which comes with the pump, and was told no one uses them for anything, so he routinely takes them. Since I had determined it could be helpful to have the cable which I had paid for to supplement a home automation system, he dropped it off on my front porch, again just showing up instead of making an appointment.
I am very disappointed at the way Mr Kay conducted his business with me.
