Very precise and solved problem within mins. Overall good. My unit is working and I still have my wife and two chihuahuaâ s today and living. Last night was another issue𠥺𠥵ð

Fast, no problems

Very quick response, no initial service charge was clutch and came in at a more reasonable price than others. Very honest and open with potential problems and proposed solutions.

My AC went out Saturday night late. I got in touch with this company and they were able to come out the next morning. Before they came out I asked if they had a service call fee. He said no, but that I would need to pay for repairs. Fast forward to the morning and he shows up and the first thing he does is look at my circuit breaker panel and sure enough the breakers were tripped. I had not seen it the night before. Obviously this was the problem. He proceeds to the unit anyway and checks the capacitor just in case it was faulty. He goes on to answer and educate me on how AC systems work. As we are wrapping up I jokingly ask if I owe him anything. He says $95! He flipped the circuit breaker! If I knew up front that he charges $95 for a service call I would not have gone called him. He states that he only charges if he fixes something and he says he fixed the unit. We ended up settling on a smaller number, but he has the audacity to be offended. I get that and I would have paid him for his time, but at least be reasonable. I will not be calling or using him again.

Igor responded very quickly and was available the very next morning. I needed action and advice with regard to a heat pump/AC issue and he assessed the situation quickly and provided understandable options. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him based on our interaction and his expertise.

The air conditioner was repaired within a few hours of my filling out the home advisors form. And it was at 7pm. Outstanding!

I would highly recommend CALL 2 FIX Within minutes he told us the problem. Had the part on Truck. Very fast, very good, very efficient. Very knowledgeable. Are my husbands words.

It was over 100 degrees today my a/c wasnâ t working. Spoke to Igor he said he would be at my house in an hour. An hour later he gave me a call and said he was running 20 minutes late. It is rare to hat you find a contractor with good communication skills. He got to my house, and just walking up to the unit he already knew what was wrong from listening to the sound of it. He replaced the capacitor, and 10 minutes later it was fixed

Quick to respond by phone and was at my door in about 30 minutes. My problem was fixed at the estimated price in under an hour.

Fast and fair with excellent customer service. Made a repair to our heater in hours that I was not able to get in days from 3 other people. I absolutely cannot give a higher recommendation. He saved us from needing to go to a room in a hotel as there were high heat warnings for the coming days.

Arrived on Sunday within 30 minutes after calling. Quickly recognized and repaired the problem with parts he had in his truck. Very knowledgeable and efficient technician.

Igor was very accommodating and did a good job repairing my air conditioner on a Sunday night when most places were closed.

Igor, the tech who came to look at my compressor, immediately found an issue after opening up the unit to work on it. A quick replacement part and I was good to go. Another company tech spent a couple of minutes and just moved wires around and hooked up a meter and then determined that I needed a complete replacement ($5K - $6K). I would definitely call Call2Fix again for any future problems I have.
