BEST SLIPCOVER CO/THE COVER STORY

This company was professional and great to work with.  I went to their offices to look at fabrics, and took about 10 large fabric swatches home to see how they'd look in place.  Apparently they will send you swatches even without coming to the office, but I liked looking over their large selection of fabrics in person.  I then called to let them know my fabric choice (a blue velvet) and scheduled an appointment for them to come and measure/cut the fabric on the couches.  It took a few days to schedule because they had to wait for the fabric to come in, but the measuring and cutting process was easy -- the man who came was very detailed and it took quite a while, but the process didn't require my attention.  He then brought the cut/pinned fabric back to the factory and they sewed it into slipcovers. 
They predict that it will take 2-3 weeks to do the sewing, and it definitely was closer to 3 than 2.  They weren't able to expedite the process when I called partway through the waiting period, but did offer the option of my picking up the slipcovers early rather than having them come out to install them.  I opted to wait, and I'm glad I did--I really appreciated watching the installation, which was a relatively quick and easy 15-minute process of putting the slipcovers on to the couches; now I'll be able to do it myself when it comes time to wash them. 
The resulting slipcovers have completely rejuvenated my living room and are machine washable.

They came out to my house and cut the pattern directly on the sofa. About 2 weeks later, they came back with the finished slipcover. It far exceeded my expectations. It looks fantastic, almost like upholstery. The price was less than I thought it would be and the workmanship is top notch. I can't say enough good things about them.

Came to the house to do measuring and cutting. Didn't need to take the furniture away. Installed the slipcovers in two weeks or so and they fit perfectly. Very impressive.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. I first called them and talked about my needs Joannie sent me samples of fabric swatches and a price breakdown. After receiving everything within a few days I decided to visit the plant and seethe operation and look at more fabric swatches. It was great and I set up an appointment for the cutter to come to the house. He came, measured my couch, gave me suggestions regarding the cushions, and we agreed on a price. I gave him a 50% deposit and he told me it would take about 3 weeks. It did take almost 3 weeks at which time he came back to the house and did the installation. The couch looks beautiful and I am very pleased with the workmanship. I would not hesitate to use them again and would certainly recommend them to my friends.

They did beautiful work and also told me where to go to buy the fabric I wanted. The slipcovers are a perfect fit and the material was washed in hot water before it was cut so it won't shrink when I wash it. Best Slipcovers are the best!

After my Dad passed away earlier this winter, I inherited his lovely old wingback armchair. It's been in the family over 40 years, and it's original upholstery, while intact, was faded, catscratched, and downright funky. Time to slipcover,and hopefully without paying a king's ransom. I had seen this company recommended on Angie's List and another consumer website, and gave them a call. They said I could use their available materials or provide my own .I chose to go with theirs, and they mailed me some swatches in my color choice. I made my selection, and called them, whereupon we made an appt. for the cutting and fitting. This did take a couple of weeks as I'm quite far away, but Stuart, the company owner came by and cut the material(which I was excited about because it was even nicer than the swatch) to the chair. I paid him a deposit, 3-4 weeks later he came back and fitted the finished cover onto the chair, and I paid the remainder. The chair looks GORGEOUS! A++++!! I am thrilled.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS FINE. THEY FIT. THEY DON'T TAKE THE FURNITURE OUT OF THE HOUSE, THEY MEASURE IT IN THE HOUSE. IN TWO TO THREE WEEKS THEY COME BACK and PUT THE SLIPCOVERS ON.
